Bravo au professionnalisme des personnels"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Le 8 novembre, vers 18h, la personne de\u0301tenue L. arrive\u0301e par Mesure d\u2019Ordre et de Se\u0301curite\u0301 cet e\u0301te\u0301, a e\u0301te\u0301 place\u0301e en gestion individualise\u0301e conjointement a\u0300 la suspension d&#8217;un acce\u0300s a\u0300 un nume\u0301ro de te\u0301le\u0301phone,a\u0300 la suite desmenaces profe\u0301re\u0301es a\u0300 l&#8217;encontre des personnels.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est vers 18h15 qu&#8217;il a sollicite\u0301 une nouvelle ouverture de cellule pre\u0301textant vouloir prendre connaissance des documents afin de les signer. C&#8217;est dans le cadre de ce mouvement que l&#8217;e\u0301quipe ELSP, accompagne\u0301e du grade\u0301 de roulement, puis de l\u2019officier de ba\u0302timent munie des documents demande\u0301s que la personne de\u0301tenue L. s&#8217;est mise en situation de blocage puis en position de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">preneur d&#8217;otage<\/span><\/strong>, rendant impossible une fermeture d&#8217;urgence ou un retrait de l&#8217;e\u0301quipe engage\u0301e.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, l\u2019individu, les mains dans le dos, a de\u0301clare\u0301 qu&#8217;il \u00ab avait ce qu&#8217;il faut dans ses mains pour planter la carotide \u00bb si une tentative de mai\u0302trise est engage\u0301e, \u00ab si quiconque approche autres que les ERIS \u00bb. A\u0300 multiples reprises il a tente\u0301 d&#8217;obtenir qu&#8217;un des personnels <strong>se donne volontairement en otage individuellement<\/strong> pour e\u0301viter que l&#8217;un de l\u2019e\u0301quipe soit lourdement agresse\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est gra\u0302ce au sang-froid de l&#8217;e\u0301quipe, a\u0300 sa patience a\u0300 attendre le moment opportun pour permettre une mai\u0302trise, qu&#8217;un colle\u0300gue ELSP a pu trouver un moyen d\u2019amener l\u2019individu au sol, vers 19h30, appuye\u0301 aussito\u0302t par les e\u0301quipes d&#8217;intervention poste\u0301es pre\u0302tes a\u0300 toutes interventions et e\u0301viter ainsi une nouvelle effusion de sang tant promise par l&#8217;inte\u0301resse\u0301.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le bureau local FO<\/span><\/strong> souhaite fe\u0301liciter l&#8217;ensemble des personnels engage\u0301s pour leur professionnalisme et leur souhaite un prompt re\u0301tablissement. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le bureau FO Justice<\/span><\/strong> s&#8217;engage a\u0300 les accompagner au besoin dans les de\u0301marches administratives qu&#8217;ils souhaitent entreprendre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le bureau local FO<\/span><\/strong> attend une re\u0301ponse ferme et exemplaire de l&#8217;administration en ne donnant pas une suite favorable a\u0300 ce rapport de force engage\u0301 pour obtenir un transfert et que la personne de\u0301tenue L. soit place\u0301e au QI de notre e\u0301tablissement.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le bureau local FO<\/span><\/strong> restera tre\u0300s attentif aux suites qui seront donne\u0301es dans la gestion de cet individu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le bureau local FO<\/span><\/strong> de\u0301plore l&#8217;absence de la 2eme e\u0301quipe ELSP, partie en mission exte\u0301rieure. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO Justice<\/span><\/strong> exige que l\u2019ELSP soit employe\u0301e comme elle devrait l\u2019e\u0302tre et exige de l&#8217;ARPEJ et de la DISP qu\u2019elles ne conside\u0300rent pas les ELSP de l&#8217;e\u0301tablissement comme unique ressource pour effectuer ses missions de transferts, qui sont loin d\u2019e\u0302tre vicinales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/20221109-SLFO-CP-Conde-sur-Sarthe-Tentative-de-prise-dotage-avortee.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 8 novembre, vers 18h, la personne de\u0301tenue L. arrive\u0301e par Mesure d\u2019Ordre et de Se\u0301curite\u0301 cet e\u0301te\u0301, a e\u0301te\u0301 place\u0301e en gestion individualise\u0301e conjointement a\u0300 la suspension d&#8217;un acce\u0300s a\u0300 un nume\u0301ro de te\u0301le\u0301phone,a\u0300 la suite desmenaces profe\u0301re\u0301es a\u0300 l&#8217;encontre des personnels.
