{"id":8207,"date":"2022-10-25T17:30:49","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T16:30:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=8207"},"modified":"2022-10-25T17:30:49","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T16:30:49","slug":"206eme-promotion-de-surveillant-le-couperet-tombe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/206eme-promotion-de-surveillant-le-couperet-tombe\/","title":{"rendered":"206\u00e8me Promotion de Surveillant : Le couperet tombe"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Le 24 octobre 2022, la direction de l\u2019administration pe\u0301nitentiaire faisait re\u0301ponse a\u0300 notre demande relative a\u0300 la situation de la 206eme promotion d\u2019e\u0301le\u0300ve-surveillants.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet ces agents atteindront les 2 ans sur leur primo affectation quelques jours seulement apre\u0300s la date de prise de fonction de la mobilite\u0301 (fixe\u0301e au 1er avril) les privant ainsi du droit a\u0300 mobilite\u0301 pour cette campagne. <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO Justice <\/span><\/b>ne pouvait s\u2019y re\u0301soudre et a donc saisi la DAP pour tenter d\u2019obtenir une de\u0301rogation en leur faveur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le couperet est tombe\u0301, ces personnels ne pourront pas pre\u0301tendre a\u0300 mobilite\u0301 !<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rappel, cette disposition instaurant les 2 ans sur la primo affectation avant de pouvoir pre\u0301tendre a\u0300 la mobilite\u0301 est lie\u0301e a\u0300 la mise en place du plan de requalification des Officiers de l\u2019UFAP Unsa Justice en 2019&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Une re\u0301elle avance\u0301e a\u0300 les entendre pourtant !<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette aberration vient s\u2019ajouter au port du gilet pare lame de manie\u0300resyste\u0301matique, au vide de quelques anne\u0301es concernant les modalite\u0301s de reprise d\u2019anciennete\u0301&#8230; et nous en passons sur leurs pre\u0301ce\u0301dentes signatures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">L\u2019UFAP Unsa Justice n\u2019est plus un syndicat \u00ab re\u0301formiste \u00bb, <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">il est devenu ce que l\u2019on appelle familie\u0300rement un<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">\u00ab syndicat d\u2019accompagnement \u00bb !<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20221025-Communique-FO-Promo-206-le-couperet-est-tombe-1.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 24 octobre 2022, la direction de l\u2019administration pe\u0301nitentiaire faisait re\u0301ponse a\u0300 notre demande relative a\u0300 la situation de la 206eme promotion d\u2019e\u0301le\u0300ve-surveillants.
