La violence envers les personnels est palpable."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce mardi 23 aou\u0302t 2022, tout commence lors du mouvement promenade, le surveillant d\u2019e\u0301tage constate un tapage et une inondation a\u0300 son e\u0301tage, quand il ouvre la porte avec le renfort des colle\u0300gues, l\u2019individu est torse nu, avec des effets casse\u0301s de sa cellule, les insultes fusent avec des menaces de mort, puis il se dirige vers le surveillant et l\u2019agresse en lui asse\u0301nant un coup.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mise en pre\u0301vention fut le seul moyen de faire cesser cet e\u0301nergume\u0300ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019apre\u0300s-midi passe et au moment du repas celui-ci recommence au quartier disciplinaire avec un feu de cellule et refuse de sortir quand les personnels viennent lui porter secours.
