{"id":6388,"date":"2022-08-16T20:41:58","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T19:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=6388"},"modified":"2022-08-16T20:41:58","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T19:41:58","slug":"prison-duzerche-les-sanctions-au-rabais-sont-tombees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-duzerche-les-sanctions-au-rabais-sont-tombees\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison d&#8217;Uzerche : Les sanctions au rabais sont tomb\u00e9es !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Telle est la devise de la formidable gestion de notre Direction Locale !<\/p>\n<p>Il serait bon que notre Directrice qui pre\u0301side en CDD revienne sur terre et qu&#8217;elle prenne en compte les re\u0301alite\u0301s concre\u0300tes du terrain :<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le De\u0301tenu Z. e\u0301cope de 20 jours de quartier disciplinaire pour l&#8217;agression d&#8217;un agent dont les ITT s&#8217;e\u0301le\u0300vent a\u0300 3 jours + 2 semaines d&#8217;arre\u0302t !<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le De\u0301tenu L. e\u0301cope de seulement 15 jours pour l&#8217;agression de deux surveillants dont les ITT s&#8217; e\u0301le\u0300vent respectivement a\u0300 7 et 3 jours !<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La cerise sur le ga\u0302teau, c&#8217;est que notre Directrice n&#8217;appliquera pour personne la sanction maximale de 30 jours car les versions de notre che\u0300re voyoucratie ne sont pas les me\u0302mes que les e\u0301crits professionnels des Agents !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Oh!! Quelle surprise !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Madame la Directrice adjointe, vous ne faites qu&#8217;empirer le sentiment d&#8217;impunite\u0301 dont jouit actuellement notre population pe\u0301nale.<\/p>\n<p>Et alors que vous e\u0301tiez d&#8217;astreinte, vous e\u0302tes vous soucie\u0301e un instant ce week-end de la Panne totale des came\u0301ras de surveillance aux ba\u0302timents C et D ?<strong> Non !!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Force est de constater, la Panoplie comple\u0300te du parfait &#8220;Bordel&#8221; qui re\u0300gne dans notre De\u0301tention est souvent accompagne\u0301e du me\u0302me refrain:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8221; PAS DE VAGUE&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Peut-on de\u0300s lors demander aux agents d&#8217;exercer leurs fonctions correctement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trop souvent, vos surveillants se sentent abandonne\u0301s et la\u0302che\u0301s car leurs paroles et leurs e\u0301crits sont re\u0301gulie\u0300rement mis en doute par une hie\u0301rarchie plus enclin a\u0300 sanctionner les agents et a\u0300 contrario, faire confiance aux voyous !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">LE SOCIAL, TOUJOURS LE SOCIAL, RIEN QUE LE SOCIAL POUR LES DE\u0301TENUS !!!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">F.O Justice Uzerche<\/span><\/strong> de\u0301nonce avec force les prises de de\u0301cisions scandaleuses de notre\u00a0Directrice adjointe lors des CDD.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">F.O Justice Uzerche<\/span><\/strong> est exaspe\u0301re\u0301 et revendique des gestes forts et rapides sur le re\u0301tablissement de l&#8217;ordre et de la discipline au Centre de De\u0301tention.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Les20sanctions20sont20tombeCC81es.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Telle est la devise de la formidable gestion de notre Direction Locale !
