{"id":5634,"date":"2022-07-07T16:36:18","date_gmt":"2022-07-07T15:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=5634"},"modified":"2022-07-07T16:39:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T15:39:15","slug":"psychologue-du-personnel-les-oublies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/psychologue-du-personnel-les-oublies\/","title":{"rendered":"Psychologue du personnel  : Les oubli\u00e9s !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est temps de s\u2019attarder sur un me\u0301tier malheureusement peu reconnu mais essentiel pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel de l\u2019administration pe\u0301nitentiaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les psychologues de soutien qui accompagnent les colle\u0300gues de notre administration sont exclus du be\u0301ne\u0301fice du comple\u0301ment de traitement indiciaire (CTI) donc exclus d\u2019un dispositif financier qui repre\u0301sente 183 euros par mois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beaucoup de choses circulent sur leur me\u0301tier, il paraitrait que les psychologues du personnel seraient compare\u0301s au Psychologue du travail. FAUX !!! Ce sont des psychologues cliniciens qui auraient du\u0302 e\u0302tre inclus dans le dispositif du Se\u0301gur de la sante\u0301.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le psychologue du personnel accompagne les agents en lien avec une proble\u0301matique psychique, que ce soit en individuel et\/ou collectif. Cet espace d\u2019e\u0301coute et de soutien permet d\u2019aider les colle\u0300gues a\u0300 de\u0301passer des moment professionnels ou personnels complexes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>A l\u2019heure ou\u0300 les risques psychosociaux sont bien re\u0301els dans notre profession, le psychologue en soutien du personnel accompagne tous les colle\u0300gues en souffrance !<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019obtention de cette prime va diviser cette profession car les psychologues SPIP, PEP et MRLV qui accompagnent les personnes de\u0301tenues vont toucher cette prime. Au vu de ces informations, l\u2019incompre\u0301hension est totale !!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Qu\u2019est ce qui justifie cette de\u0301cision ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">l\u2019Union interre\u0301gionale FO Justice de Rennes<\/span><\/b>, il est e\u0301vident que l\u2019administration ne s\u2019est pas battue pour eux !!! Alors que face a\u0300 une impasse, l\u2019administration pe\u0301nitentiaire fait appel au psychologue de soutien pour son expertise, pour trouver des solutions et e\u0301viter les risques de passage a\u0300 l\u2019acte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">L\u2019Union interre\u0301gionale FO Justice de Rennes<\/span><\/b> de\u0301nonce le me\u0301pris et de la me\u0301connaissance de nos dirigeants sur le ro\u0302le de soutien qu\u2019exerce le psychologue du personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">L\u2019Union interre\u0301gionale FO Justice de Rennes<\/span><\/b> va accompagner nos colle\u0300gues psychologues dans toutes les de\u0301marches ne\u0301cessaires pour faire valoir leur droit pour une reconnaissance justifie\u0301e.
