{"id":53791,"date":"2026-11-03T10:51:20","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T09:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=53791"},"modified":"2026-11-03T10:51:20","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T09:51:20","slug":"ifo-2026-un-nouvel-engagement-tenu-par-fo-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/ifo-2026-un-nouvel-engagement-tenu-par-fo-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"IFO 2026 : Un nouvel engagement tenu par FO Justice !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.7; color: #222; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"color: #31588e; font-weight: bold;\">Apr\u00e8s les revalorisations de 2024 et 2025, les officiers ont pu constater sur leur fiche de paie d\u2019octobre l\u2019augmentation de leur IFO, accompagn\u00e9e de son versement r\u00e9troactif pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Une nouvelle avanc\u00e9e concr\u00e8te qui vient confirmer la mise en \u0153uvre des engagements port\u00e9s par <span style=\"color: #d00000;\">FO Justice<\/span> dans le cadre de sa r\u00e9forme historique.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut cependant noter une exception concernant une DI qui indique ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d\u2019int\u00e9grer cette revalorisation sur la paie d\u2019octobre. Elle annonce toutefois une r\u00e9gularisation sur celle de novembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #d00000; font-weight: bold;\">\u25ba FO Justice rappelle que l\u2019ensemble des Capitaines de classe normale b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera, <u>\u00e0 nouveau<\/u>, d\u2019une revalorisation de l\u2019IFO lors du reclassement dans la grille d\u00e9finitive de Capitaine \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #d00000;\">\u25ba FO Justice<\/span> tient \u00e0 saluer l\u2019engagement des Personnels Administratifs, dont le travail est indispensable \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8te de ces mesures.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des d\u00e9lais particuli\u00e8rement contraints, ils sont une nouvelle fois mobilis\u00e9s pour assurer leur application et permettre aux agents concern\u00e9s de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette revalorisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #d00000; font-weight: bold;\">\u25ba FO Justice reste dans l\u2019action : les engagements pris doivent se traduire en avanc\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes pour les personnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #d00000; font-size: 25px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center; line-height: 1.35; margin: 30px 0;\">Une r\u00e9forme historique, des r\u00e9sultats visibles !<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 25px; color: #000; font-weight: normal; text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/20261103-IFO-2026-Un-nouvel-engagement-tenu-par-FO-Justice.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s les revalorisations de 2024 et 2025, les officiers ont pu constater sur leur fiche de paie d\u2019octobre l\u2019augmentation de leur IFO, accompagn\u00e9e de son versement r\u00e9troactif pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026.
