La direction avait pris l\u2019engagement d\u2019intervenir afin que les choses rentrent dans l\u2019ordre.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 ces alertes, les r\u00e9sultats concrets ne sont pas visibles :<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9cisions prises en solo, concertation en option, r\u00e9unions de service boud\u00e9es : saluons l\u2019audace d\u2019un fonctionnement qui a su r\u00e9inventer le dialogue\u2026 <u>en s\u2019en passant tout simplement.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement a enfin trouv\u00e9 son cap : <u>le pilotage automatique.<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00e9d\u00e9rer, \u00e9couter, donner une direction ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des comp\u00e9tences visiblement jug\u00e9es superflues. Apr\u00e8s tout, pourquoi rassembler une \u00e9quipe quand on sait si bien la diviser ?<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9sultat force l\u2019admiration : <u>jamais les tensions n\u2019avaient atteint un tel niveau d\u2019excellence.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambiance ? D\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re, mais au moins elle est constante.<br \/>\nLes divisions ? En pleine croissance. Enfin un indicateur \u00e0 la hausse !<\/p>\n<p>Faut-il vraiment attendre que le service parte en fum\u00e9e pour s\u2019apercevoir qu\u2019il y avait le feu ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d00000;\">FO<\/span> Justice ose une proposition audacieuse, presque r\u00e9volutionnaire :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 23px;\"><strong>le dialogue, la concertation et le respect.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Des m\u00e9thodes un peu anciennes, certes, mais qui ont fait leurs preuves.<br \/>\nIl serait dommage de ne pas les essayer avant qu\u2019il ne soit trop tard !<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #d00000;\">FO<\/span> Justice<\/strong> reste mobilis\u00e9 quant au bien-\u00eatre des personnels de cette \u00e9cole qui ont vu leur charge de travail augmenter drastiquement depuis ces derniers mois.<br \/>\n<strong><u>Les RPS ne sont pas uniquement un sigle \u00e0 arborer fi\u00e8rement sur des affiches<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/007-2026T-DDSP-1.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au cours des derniers mois, FO Justice a signal\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s au sein du d\u00e9partement et alert\u00e9 la direction sur les m\u00e9thodes manag\u00e9riales qui se pratiquent au sein du DDSP.
