{"id":53015,"date":"2026-10-12T19:27:28","date_gmt":"2026-10-12T17:27:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=53015"},"modified":"2026-10-12T19:27:28","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T17:27:28","slug":"prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-insaisissable-le-remake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-insaisissable-le-remake\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne : &#8220;Insaisissable&#8221; le remake !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.6; color: #222222; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Encore une fois notre direction, au sens tr\u00e8s large, qui n\u2019entend rien dans la gestion de l\u2019organigramme et le fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, tente de r\u00e9aliser le braquage le plus invraisemblable du personnel en leur imposant la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un poste superf\u00e9tatoire&#8230;<strong>ELSP d\u00e9di\u00e9 le 4eme !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A nouveau, cette \u00e9quipe de quatre illusionnistes directoriales orchestrent le braquage d\u2019un personnel pour subvenir \u00e0 \u00ab leur petit arrangement \u00bb, d\u00e9fiant la logique et le respect pour l\u2019ensemble du reste des surveillants.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019illusion la plus parfaite, cette \u00e9quipe d\u2019escamoteurs vient nous expliquer que personne ne sera perdant puisqu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9, dans leur grande bont\u00e9, de supprimer le poste surveillant ATF.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le poste surveillant ATF n\u2019existe pas non plus et fut cr\u00e9\u00e9 par une direction pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour soulager un officier \u00ab fatigu\u00e9 \u00bb ou \u00ab tire-au-flanc \u00bb, \u00e0 vous de vous faire votre avis, proche de la retraite.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins pour parfaire leur tour de passe-passe, ils oublieront de pr\u00e9ciser que le personnel affect\u00e9 sur le poste ATF ne sera pas r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le roulement, laissant ainsi l\u2019impression d\u2019un \u00ab un pour un \u00bb alors que cette tromperie se finira par un moins deux dans le roulement ! Ajoutant ainsi un peu plus de 50 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires annuelles, aux 50 heures d\u00e9j\u00e0 engendr\u00e9es par le premier poste fictif, au plus de 300 \u00e0 500 d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les grouillots des coursives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madame la directrice,<\/strong> les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires effectu\u00e9es par l\u2019ensemble des personnels, dues au manque r\u00e9current, ne sont pas plus ou moins dures d\u2019un service \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Pour tous, elles contraignent des professionnels qui, pour satisfaire une administration aveugle et sourde, mettent entre parenth\u00e8se leur vie de famille et leur sant\u00e9. L\u2019apport d\u2019un personnel dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe ELSP d\u00e9di\u00e9 permettra probablement \u00e0 ce service de r\u00e9duire d\u2019autant leurs heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, heures qu\u2019ils demandaient pourtant \u00e0 effectuer pour agr\u00e9menter un peu leur fin de mois, mais acculera un peu plus les personnels du roulement qui eux travaillent jours et nuits, week-ends et jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, seuls sur les postes incontournables et oppressants, permettant le fonctionnement et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement\u2026les coursives et postes prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madame la directrice,<\/strong> le fonctionnement actuel a permis la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019ensemble des missions par le remplacement de l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e par des non d\u00e9di\u00e9s, ce qui satisfaisait l\u2019ensemble des agents form\u00e9s qui se voyaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sortis des coursives pour exercer leur deuxi\u00e8me mission.
