MAC proc\u00e9daient \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e de la &#8220;promenade des isol\u00e9s&#8221;&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 3px solid #354eb4; background-color: #fffbd5; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #e30613; font-size: 1.15em;\"><strong><br \/>\nAlors que la surveillante ouvrait la porte pour r\u00e9int\u00e9grer un d\u00e9tenu dans sa cellule du R.D.C, son cod\u00e9tenu rest\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur jeta soudainement une casserole d&#8217;huile chaude sur notre coll\u00e8gue qui f\u00fbt br\u00fbl\u00e9e au 2\u00e8me degr\u00e9 au niveau du visage !<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nAussit\u00f4t, les Agents du b\u00e2timent ma\u00eetris\u00e8rent le d\u00e9tenu pour sa mise en pr\u00e9vention au quartier disciplinaire.<br \/>\nLe Service M\u00e9dical prendra imm\u00e9diatement notre coll\u00e8gue en charge en lui prodiguant les premiers soins d&#8217;urgence avec le soutien continu de l&#8217;Officier d&#8217;astreinte pr\u00e9sente.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 3px solid #354eb4; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #e30613;\"><strong><br \/>\nCette agression barbare est d&#8217;autant plus intol\u00e9rable que ce &#8220;danger public&#8221; a fait, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, l&#8217;objet de CRI et d&#8217;observations inqui\u00e8tes de la part des Surveillant(e)s !?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #e30613;\"><strong><br \/>\nLa Surveillante agress\u00e9e avait elle-m\u00eame signal\u00e9 son inqui\u00e9tude (en mai 2026) face au comportement incoh\u00e9rent de ce d\u00e9tenu d\u00e9pressif et agressif ne permettant plus aucun dialogue.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; color: #e30613;\"><strong><br \/>\nProstr\u00e9 dans le noir, torse nu et \u00e9coutant en boucle la lecture du Coran devant son t\u00e9l\u00e9viseur !<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nUn d\u00e9tenu flippant avec des &#8220;troubles du comportement&#8221; et suivi depuis son arriv\u00e9e, par le service M\u00e9dical, qui lui administre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un traitement &#8220;psy&#8221;.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nCe d\u00e9tenu pourtant incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 pour &#8220;assassinat&#8221;, a vu depuis son arriv\u00e9e son &#8220;niveau d&#8217;escorte&#8221; pass\u00e9 du niveau 3 \u00e0 2 ?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nMieux, depuis avril 2026 il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 la &#8220;vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e&#8221; !?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 3px solid #354eb4; background-color: #fffbd5; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #e30613;\"><strong><br \/>\nPourtant, depuis avril, son \u00e9tat ne s&#8217;est pas arrang\u00e9 et sa dangerosit\u00e9 est de &#8220;notori\u00e9t\u00e9 publique&#8221; chez les Agents de d\u00e9tention qui demandent la plus grande vigilance !?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nEn mai, d\u00e8s le contr\u00f4le d&#8217;effectif du matin, il avait tent\u00e9 de porter un coup \u00e0 un Agent en voulant forcer le passage pour finalement \u00eatre mis au QD &#8230; 3 mois plus tard !!?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nEn juin, un Surveillant lui sauvera la vie lors d&#8217;une tentative de suicide.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, en service de nuit, un cod\u00e9tenu l&#8217;avait tabass\u00e9 puis l&#8217;avait attach\u00e9 pieds et poings li\u00e9s \u00e0 son lit en pr\u00e9textant &#8220;se sentir en danger avec lui comme cod\u00e9tenu&#8221; !<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 3px solid #354eb4; background-color: #fffbd5; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #e30613; font-size: 1.1em;\"><strong><br \/>\nCette &#8220;bombe \u00e0 retardement&#8221;, ce d\u00e9tenu dangereux, violent et ing\u00e9rable a finalement commis l&#8217;irr\u00e9parable &#8230; une nouvelle fois ! \u00a0\u00a0 UNE FOIS DE TROP !<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;ensemble du Personnel du C.P de Toulon a une pens\u00e9e \u00e9mue pour notre coll\u00e8gue et d\u00e9nonce la gestion de ce genre de &#8220;profil PSY&#8221; non adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9tention et qui met en danger la vie des Personnels malgr\u00e9 ses \u00e9crits et ses inqui\u00e9tudes l\u00e9gitimes sans que des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ad\u00e9quates soient prises !!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 1.1em;\"><strong><br \/>\nLa vie de nos Agents ne se joue pas \u00e0 la &#8220;roulette russe&#8221; !<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #fff200; border: 3px solid #e30613; padding: 18px; margin: 25px 0; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0; font-size: 1.3em;\"><strong><br \/>\nFO JUSTICE demande le transfert imm\u00e9diat de ce d\u00e9tenu et le rehaussement du &#8220;niveau de dangerosit\u00e9 et d&#8217;escorte&#8221; \u00e0 la hauteur de la menace de ce &#8220;profil&#8221; violent et impr\u00e9visible !!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0; font-size:
