{"id":51696,"date":"2026-09-07T10:29:38","date_gmt":"2026-09-07T08:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=51696"},"modified":"2026-09-07T10:29:38","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T08:29:38","slug":"reforme-des-ujpe-profitons-de-cette-reorganisation-pour-reparer-une-injustice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/reforme-des-ujpe-profitons-de-cette-reorganisation-pour-reparer-une-injustice\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9forme des UJPE : Profitons de cette r\u00e9organisation pour r\u00e9parer une injustice !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">La r\u00e9forme des UJPE entra\u00eene une profonde r\u00e9organisation territoriale et une nouvelle structuration des services \u00e9ducatifs de la Protection judiciaire de la jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans ce cadre, de nombreux services d\u2019h\u00e9bergement seront d\u00e9sormais rattach\u00e9es \u00e0 des structures d\u2019insertion, de milieu ouvert ou \u00e0 des unit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives aupr\u00e8s des tribunaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Cette nouvelle organisation doit \u00eatre l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9parer une injustice qui existe depuis trop longtemps.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u27a2<\/span> En effet, certains responsables d\u2019unit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives exer\u00e7ant dans des structures d\u2019insertion, de milieu ouvert ou aupr\u00e8s des tribunaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9, et sont encore, contraints d\u2019assurer des astreintes dans des unit\u00e9s d\u2019h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Ils assument donc les contraintes et les responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019astreinte en h\u00e9bergement.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pourtant, ces coll\u00e8gues ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas du m\u00eame niveau d\u2019IFSE que les responsables d\u2019unit\u00e9s exer\u00e7ant dans ces structures d\u2019h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>UNE M\u00caME ASTREINTE, UNE M\u00caME RESPONSABILIT\u00c9 \u2026 MAIS PAS LE M\u00caME IFSE !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Cette situation n\u2019est plus acceptable.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice-PJJ section CADEC<\/b> <\/span>refuse que cette nouvelle organisation perp\u00e9tue une injustice indemnitaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>AU CONTRAIRE, PROFITONS DE LA R\u00c9FORME POUR LA CORRIGER !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La cr\u00e9ation des nouvelles organisations de service doit permettre de reconna\u00eetre enfin la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s exerc\u00e9es par les cadres \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u27a2<\/span><b> <\/b>Lorsqu\u2019un responsable d\u2019unit\u00e9 \u00e9ducative assure des astreintes en h\u00e9bergement, il devrait b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du m\u00eame niveau d\u2019IFSE que les coll\u00e8gues exer\u00e7ant ces m\u00eames astreintes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>LA R\u00c9FORME DOIT \u00caTRE L\u2019OCCASION D\u2019HARMONISER ET DE R\u00c9TABLIR L\u2019\u00c9QUIT\u00c9 !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice-PJJ section CADEC<\/b> <b>revendique :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u21d2<\/span><\/strong> L\u2019alignement de l\u2019\u2019IFSE des responsables d\u2019unit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives assurant des astreintes en h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u21d2 <\/span>La fin des diff\u00e9rences indemnitaires entre coll\u00e8gues soumis aux m\u00eames responsabilit\u00e9s lors des astreintes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u21d2<\/span><\/strong> La prise en compte r\u00e9elle des responsabilit\u00e9s exerc\u00e9es, au-del\u00e0 du seul rattachement administratif de l\u2019unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La r\u00e9forme des UJPE ne doit pas cr\u00e9er de nouvelles injustices.
