RESSEMBLENT\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Depuis plusieurs mois,<span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <b>FO Justice<\/b> <\/span>ne cesse d\u2019alerter la direction sur les d\u00e9rives du service des agents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui a chang\u00e9 depuis ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>RIEN !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">La fracture entre certains personnels et l\u2019OMAP ne cesse de se creuser.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">De nombreux agents ne souhaitent m\u00eame plus \u00e9changer avec ce service, tant le sentiment d\u2019injustice, d\u2019incompr\u00e9hension et de m\u00e9pris est devenu important.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice a saisi la direction afin de l\u2019alerter sur plusieurs pratiques <\/b><b>devenues inacceptables.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>DES ASTREINTES D\u00c9GUIS\u00c9ES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Certains agents sont positionn\u00e9s en <span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>VO lors de leur saut de nuit<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Dans les faits, il leur est demand\u00e9 de rester disponibles dans l\u2019attente de savoir s\u2019ils devront finalement venir travailler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Cela constitue une v\u00e9ritable <span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>astreinte d\u00e9guis\u00e9e<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Or, les astreintes sont encadr\u00e9es et doivent notamment ouvrir droit \u00e0 compensation ou r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>DES RAPPELS SANS AUCUNE INFORMATION<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">D\u2019autres agents sont positionn\u00e9s en rappel sans avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 personnellement avertis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Lorsqu\u2019ils ne se pr\u00e9sentent pas, faute d\u2019avoir eu connaissance de cette modification, ils se voient ensuite attribuer un <span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>AB1<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pourtant, le cadre est clair :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>\u00ab Les agents rappel\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9venus personnellement et oralement <\/b><b>suffisamment \u00e0 l\u2019avance. \u00bb<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Un simple changement sur un planning ne peut pas remplacer une information directe et claire adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019agent concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>ET LE RESPECT DE LA VIE PRIV\u00c9E ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect r\u00e9glementaire, il existe \u00e9galement une question de respect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Respect de la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Respect du repos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Respect de l\u2019organisation familiale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Respect de la dignit\u00e9 des personnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Est-il r\u00e9ellement acceptable de rappeler un agent sans l\u2019avertir et de le consid\u00e9rer comme un simple nom que l\u2019on d\u00e9place sur une feuille de service ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>NON, LES AGENTS NE SONT PAS DES NUM\u00c9ROS !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ils ne sont pas de simples variables d\u2019ajustement que l\u2019on positionne, d\u00e9place ou rappelle sans aucune consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice<\/b><\/span> d\u00e9plore que la Direction Interr\u00e9gionale, pourtant parfaitement inform\u00e9e de la situation, ait elle aussi abandonn\u00e9 la Maison d&#8217;Arr\u00eat de Nancy-Max\u00e9ville, laissant un \u00e9tablissement d\u00e9j\u00e0 en grande difficult\u00e9 s&#8217;enfoncer, davantage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span>continuera \u00e0 porter la voix des personnels, \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre leurs droits, leurs conditions de travail et leur dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span>exige que la direction prenne enfin ses responsabilit\u00e9s et mette imm\u00e9diatement en \u0153uvre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour am\u00e9liorer la situation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO JUSTICE <\/span>SE TIENT PR\u00caT \u00c0 PRENDRE SES
