LES FAITS NOUS DONNENT MALHEUREUSEMENT RAISON.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <strong>18 juillet 2026, \u00e0 10h00<\/strong>, au sein de <strong>l&#8217;unit\u00e9 EU1<\/strong>, dans une cellule de l&#8217;EPM de Porcheville, un personnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d&#8217;une <strong>violente agression physique et verbale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l&#8217;issue de la promenade, alors que le mineur venait d&#8217;\u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en cellule, celui-ci a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 frapper sa porte \u00e0 la suite de propos diffamatoires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque l&#8217;agent est intervenu accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;un \u00e9ducateur, le mineur a imm\u00e9diatement adopt\u00e9 un comportement d&#8217;une extr\u00eame violence :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>jet d&#8217;un verre en direction du personnel ;<\/li>\n<li>pouss\u00e9e violente au niveau du thorax ;<\/li>\n<li>coups de poing port\u00e9s au visage ;<\/li>\n<li>tentative d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement ;<\/li>\n<li>morsure \u00e0 l&#8217;avant-bras ;<\/li>\n<li>insultes, menaces de mort et propos particuli\u00e8rement outrageants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;intervention des renforts a permis de mettre fin \u00e0 cette agression.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>UNE AGRESSION QUI N&#8217;EST PAS UNE SURPRISE<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a seulement quelques jours, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO Justice<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">alertait officiellement l&#8217;administration<\/span><\/strong> sur la situation de plusieurs mineurs particuli\u00e8rement difficiles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous d\u00e9noncions d\u00e9j\u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>7 extractions m\u00e9dicales en urgence<\/strong>pour crises suicidaires ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>un placement en CPROU<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>une hospitalisation dans un \u00e9tablissement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 ayant donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une \u00e9vasion de plusieurs heures<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>des extractions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es en fin de service ou durant la nuit ;<\/li>\n<li>une d\u00e9sorganisation des \u00e9quipes ;<\/li>\n<li>une exposition permanente des personnels \u00e0 des risques majeurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>Aujourd&#8217;hui, l&#8217;un des mineurs concern\u00e9s par cette alerte est l&#8217;auteur de cette nouvelle agression.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>Les faits sont l\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice avait alert\u00e9.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>L&#8217;administration ne pourra pas dire qu&#8217;elle ne savait pas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>IL EST TEMPS D&#8217;AGIR<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels ne peut plus \u00eatre sacrifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les EPM ne peuvent devenir des \u00e9tablissements o\u00f9 les agents travaillent dans la crainte permanente d&#8217;\u00eatre frapp\u00e9s, mordus, \u00e9trangl\u00e9s ou menac\u00e9s de mort.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le profil d&#8217;un mineur ne permet plus une prise en charge compatible avec la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels et le fonctionnement normal de l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement, <strong>des d\u00e9cisions doivent \u00eatre prises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>FO JUSTICE EXIGE :<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>le soutien total \u00e0 notre coll\u00e8gue agress\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte et l&#8217;octroi de la protection fonctionnelle ;<\/li>\n<li>des sanctions disciplinaires exemplaires ;<\/li>\n<li>une r\u00e9ponse p\u00e9nale rapide ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>le transfert imm\u00e9diat des mineurs dont le profil met gravement en danger les personnels et compromet la prise en charge au sein de l&#8217;EPM.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>ULTIMATUM<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FO Justice laisse d\u00e9sormais <strong>un ultimatum<\/strong> \u00e0 l&#8217;administration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les alertes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les faits se sont produits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Si aucune d\u00e9cision imm\u00e9diate n&#8217;est prise pour garantir durablement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels, FO Justice prendra toutes les responsabilit\u00e9s qui lui incombent pour d\u00e9fendre les agents et faire cesser cette situation devenue inacceptable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nous refusons d&#8217;attendre qu&#8217;un drame plus grave survienne pour que des d\u00e9cisions soient enfin prises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ASSEZ DE VIOLENCE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PROT\u00c9GEONS CEUX QUI PROT\u00c8GENT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/FO_Justice_EPM_Porcheville_Stop_Danger_A4.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FO JUSTICE AVAIT PR\u00c9VENU.
