{"id":49946,"date":"2026-07-09T13:45:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:45:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=49946"},"modified":"2026-07-09T13:45:43","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:45:43","slug":"uisp-rennes-rapport-de-la-controleure-generale-des-lieux-de-privatisation-de-liberte-a-conde-sur-sarthe-propos-honteux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/uisp-rennes-rapport-de-la-controleure-generale-des-lieux-de-privatisation-de-liberte-a-conde-sur-sarthe-propos-honteux\/","title":{"rendered":"UISP Rennes : Rapport de la Contr\u00f4leure G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Lieux de Privatisation de Libert\u00e9 \u00e0 Cond\u00e9-sur-Sarthe &#8211; Propos Honteux !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Suite aux recommandations en urgence de la contr\u00f4leure g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des lieux de privation de libert\u00e9 (CGLPL) relatives au centre p\u00e9nitentiaire d&#8217;Alen\u00e7on-Cond\u00e9- sur-Sarthe, notre organisation syndicale ne peut qu\u2019\u00eatre atterr\u00e9e par les propos et accusations tenus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il y est fait \u00e9tat de violences syst\u00e9miques commises sur des personnes d\u00e9tenues, ciblant des personnels de roulement tout comme de brigade (QI-QD, ELSP), d\u2019insultes \u00e0 caract\u00e8res raciales\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Au centre p\u00e9nitentiaire d&#8217;Alen\u00e7on-Cond\u00e9-sur-Sarthe, que ce soit au QLCO ou au sein des autres quartiers, et comme dans tous les \u00e9tablissements p\u00e9nitentiaires du territoire national, les pratiques professionnelles sont encadr\u00e9es, et respect\u00e9es. Et, \u00e0 Cond\u00e9 peut-\u00eatre plus qu\u2019ailleurs, ces pratiques sont film\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux cam\u00e9ras pr\u00e9sentes en nombres sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>En aucun cas de tels agissements ne sont de mise sur cette structure !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour rappel, \u00e0 ce jour aucune plainte \u00e9manant de personnes d\u00e9tenues n\u2019a donn\u00e9 suite \u00e0 des poursuites, aucune condamnation n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c0 la suite \u00e0 ce rapport, le Ministre de la Justice a 15 jours pour apporter une r\u00e9ponse \u00e9crite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> refuse de croire que de tels faits puissent \u00eatre mat\u00e9riellement \u00e9tablis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> refuse qu\u2019il soit permis de salir les personnels de Cond\u00e9 de la sorte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> apporte son soutien ind\u00e9fectible aux personnels du Centre P\u00e9nitentiaire d\u2019Alen\u00e7on Cond\u00e9 sur Sarthe, et aidera dans leurs d\u00e9marches les agents qui souhaiteront d\u00e9poser plainte pour diffamation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260709-UISP-rapport-CGLPL-conde.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suite aux recommandations en urgence de la contr\u00f4leure g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des lieux de privation de libert\u00e9 (CGLPL) relatives au centre p\u00e9nitentiaire d&#8217;Alen\u00e7on-Cond\u00e9- sur-Sarthe, notre organisation syndicale ne peut qu\u2019\u00eatre atterr\u00e9e par les propos et accusations tenus.
