{"id":49915,"date":"2026-07-08T20:45:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T18:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=49915"},"modified":"2026-07-08T20:45:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T18:45:42","slug":"uisp-strasbourg-de-la-presence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/uisp-strasbourg-de-la-presence\/","title":{"rendered":"UISP Strasbourg : De La Pr\u00e9sence !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Une fois n&#8217;est pas coutume.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Alors qu&#8217;une r\u00e9union CPF a eu lieu aujourd\u2019hui, il est constat\u00e9 que <strong>SEUL<\/strong> le repr\u00e9sentant <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> s&#8217;est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 pour \u00eatre en pr\u00e9sentiel et d\u00e9fendre les dossiers des personnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les autres OS qui ont le m\u00eame statut et les m\u00eames pr\u00e9rogatives sont soit en visio soit nulle part.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Comme certains l&#8217;ont \u00e9crit derni\u00e8rement, heureusement pour vous que les s\u00e9ances ne puissent pas \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9es et visionn\u00e9es par l&#8217;ensemble des p\u00e9nitentiaires, ils se rendraient compte de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des choses !!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Et en ce jeudi 9\/07 nous serons de nouveaux en pr\u00e9sentiel afin de d\u00e9fendre le plan \u00e9quit\u00e9 voulu par l&#8217;administration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les kilom\u00e8tres et le dialogue en direct ne sont pas pour nous des obstacles mais bien au contraire un respect de l&#8217;institution, des personnels que nous repr\u00e9sentons et un devoir par rapport aux fonctions que nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;assumer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Fo justice Grand Est toujours sur le terrain pour la d\u00e9fense des <\/b><b>personnels, de tous les personnels.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/De-la-presence.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une fois n&#8217;est pas coutume.
