Afin d\u2019expliquer \u00e0 la personne d\u00e9tenue que son p\u00e9cule \u00e9tait insuffisant, l\u2019officier de secteur, accompagn\u00e9 du personnel cantine, a ouvert la porte de cellule. Tr\u00e8s rapidement, la situation a d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9. La personne d\u00e9tenue K. n\u2019a pas voulu comprendre qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas d\u2019argent et il a exig\u00e9 son placement au quartier disciplinaire en emp\u00eachant la fermeture de porte en la bloquant avec son pied.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, notre coll\u00e8gue brigadier-chef est venu en renfort pour assister l\u2019officier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C\u2019est alors qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sauvagement pris \u00e0 partie et a re\u00e7u un violent coup de poing en plein visage. D\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9 et hors de contr\u00f4le, l\u2019agresseur a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 porter plusieurs coups \u00e0 notre coll\u00e8gue tout en d\u00e9versant un flot d\u2019insultes ignobles : \u00ab Fils de pute \u00bb \u00ab grosse pute \u00bb \u00ab encul\u00e9 de ta m\u00e8re \u00bb et autres propos orduriers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le bilan est lourd pour notre coll\u00e8gue qui pr\u00e9sente une l\u00e8vre ouverte n\u00e9cessitant vraisemblablement des points de suture. Derri\u00e8re ces blessures physiques et morales, c\u2019est une nouvelle fois l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des personnels qui est bafou\u00e9e et le respect de l\u2019uniforme qui est pi\u00e9tin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Combien de temps encore les personnels devront-ils servir de d\u00e9fouloir \u00e0 des individus qui ne respectent ni les r\u00e8gles, ni l\u2019autorit\u00e9, ni l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique des agents ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Le bureau local <span class=\"s1\">FO<\/span> <span class=\"s2\">Justice<\/span><\/strong><\/span> condamne avec la plus grande fermet\u00e9 cette agression inqualifiable et apporte tout son soutien \u00e0 notre coll\u00e8gue bless\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ses proches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Le bureau local <span class=\"s1\">FO<\/span> <\/strong><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Justice<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>exige :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00a0Des sanctions disciplinaires exemplaires \u00e0 l&#8217;encontre de l&#8217;agresseur<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Une r\u00e9ponse p\u00e9nale ferme et imm\u00e9diate<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">La protection effective des personnels confront\u00e9s quotidiennement \u00e0 une violence toujours plus d\u00e9complex\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>FACE \u00c0 CETTE NOUVELLE AGRESSION, LE BUREAU LOCAL <span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">JUSTICE<\/span> <\/span>APPELLE \u00c0 UN D\u00c9BRAYAGE ET \u00c0 UNE JOURN\u00c9E MORTE SUR LE CENTRE P\u00c9NITENTIAIRE D\u00c8S DEMAIN !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Agression-CD1-1.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une nouvelle fois, l\u2019un de nos coll\u00e8gues a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime de la violence d\u2019une personne d\u00e9tenue.
