Ce n&#8217;est pas une simple fatigue, ce n&#8217;est pas de la &#8220;faiblesse&#8221; individuelle :<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>C&#8217;est le signe d&#8217;une organisation de travail qui dysfonctionne.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Rappel essentiel : La sant\u00e9 prime avant tout !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le travail doit \u00eatre un moyen de s&#8217;accomplir, pas de se d\u00e9truire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>Aucun dossier<\/b> ne vaut une nuit d&#8217;insomnie<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>Aucune urgence<\/b> ne m\u00e9rite que l&#8217;on s&#8217;isole ou que l&#8217;on s&#8217;effondre<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>La performance<\/b> ne doit jamais passer avant votre int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et mentale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Le saviez-vous ?<\/b> Votre employeur a une <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>obligation l\u00e9gale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de <\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><b>protection de votre sant\u00e9 <\/b><\/span><\/span>(physique et mentale). Prendre soin de soi, c&#8217;est aussi faire respecter ses droits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Le travail, c&#8217;est une affaire d&#8217;\u00e9quipe<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Face \u00e0 la surcharge et au stress, l&#8217;isolement est notre pire ennemi. C&#8217;est ensemble que nous sommes forts et que nous pouvons changer les choses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>S&#8217;\u00e9couter et se soutenir :<\/b> Soyons attentifs aux signes de fatigue chez nos coll\u00e8gues (irritabilit\u00e9, repli sur soi, erreurs inhabituelles).<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>Partager la charge <\/b>: Le travail doit se faire en \u00e9quipe.
