{"id":43057,"date":"2026-01-31T17:34:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-31T16:34:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=43057"},"modified":"2026-01-31T17:34:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-31T16:34:07","slug":"prison-dosny-grave-agression-dun-agent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-dosny-grave-agression-dun-agent\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison d&#8217;Osny : GRAVE AGRESSION D&#8217;UN AGENT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels ne peut plus attendre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce jour, aux alentours de <strong>9h50<\/strong>, alors que le <strong>mouvement promenade \u00e9tait termin\u00e9<\/strong>, un<strong> d\u00e9tenu du b\u00e2timent A2<\/strong> a profit\u00e9 du <strong>mouvement parloir de son cod\u00e9tenu<\/strong> pour sortir illicitement de sa cellule et exiger l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la promenade.<\/p>\n<p>Face au <strong>refus l\u00e9gitime de notre coll\u00e8gue<\/strong>, le d\u00e9tenu, m\u00e9content, a fait le choix de la <strong>violence extr\u00eame<\/strong> : il a <strong>pouss\u00e9 l\u2019agent \u00e0 terre<\/strong> avant de lui <strong>ass\u00e9ner plusieurs coups de poing au visage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une <strong>agression grave<\/strong>, inacceptable, qui illustre une nouvelle fois la d\u00e9gradation alarmante des conditions de travail des personnels p\u00e9nitentiaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>BILAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre coll\u00e8gue a \u00e9t\u00e9 gravement bless\u00e9 et traumatis\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Traumatisme facial<br \/>\n\u2022 Traumatisme cervical<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00c9paule droite d\u00e9bo\u00eet\u00e9e<br \/>\n\u2022 OEil droit en sang<\/p>\n<p>Ces faits auraient pu avoir des cons\u00e9quences dramatiques.
