Depuis des ann\u00e9es, le CPSF entrepose, divers mat\u00e9riels et \u00e9quipements dans cet espace, comme le confirment les photographies jointes, alors qu\u2019il rel\u00e8ve clairement de la responsabilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019usage exclusif du ENT.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Cette situation porte gravement atteinte \u00e0 nos conditions de travail<\/b>, \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnels et \u00e0 <b>l\u2019image de notre service<\/b>. La visite r\u00e9cente du Directeur Adjoint SP a malheureusement mis en lumi\u00e8re ce manquement, contribuant \u00e0 une perception d\u00e9grad\u00e9e de notre environnement professionnel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Au vu de ce constat, nous exigeons du CPSF :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b><i>Le retrait de tous les mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements entrepos\u00e9s sur le parking de <\/i><\/b><b><i>l\u2019ENT.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b><i>La remise en \u00e9tat int\u00e9grale des lieux (nettoyage, respect des normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, <\/i><\/b><b><i>signalisation).<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b><i>La clarification d\u00e9finitive des r\u00e8gles d\u2019usage de cet espace.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b><i>La proposition d\u2019une solution alternative par le CPSF, par exemple <\/i><\/b><b><i>l\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019un entrep\u00f4t ou d\u2019une zone de stockage d\u00e9di\u00e9e et conforme <\/i><\/b><b><i>sur un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u00e9fini et balis\u00e9, afin que cette situation ne se reproduise plus.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si aucune action concr\u00e8te n\u2019est engag\u00e9e, <span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Le bureau local FO JUSTICE de l\u2019ENT<\/b><\/span> se r\u00e9serve le droit de saisir les instances sup\u00e9rieures et d\u2019enclencher les d\u00e9marches appropri\u00e9es pour faire respecter nos droits et pr\u00e9server nos espaces de travail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Il est plus que temps que ce parking retrouve sa destination initiale et cesse d\u2019\u00eatre <\/b><b>trait\u00e9 comme une annexe n\u00e9glig\u00e9e du CPSF.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Tract-ENT-Reau-01-12-2025.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monsieur le Directeur du CPSF, Le bureau local FO JUSTICE de l\u2019ENT vous interpelle avec la plus grande fermet\u00e9 concernant l\u2019\u00e9tat inacceptable du parking de l\u2019ENT.
