{"id":39752,"date":"2025-11-12T17:20:08","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T16:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=39752"},"modified":"2025-11-12T17:20:08","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T16:20:08","slug":"psc-lufap-unsa-justice-coupable-et-responsable-du-chaos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/psc-lufap-unsa-justice-coupable-et-responsable-du-chaos\/","title":{"rendered":"PSC : L\u2019UFAP UNSa Justice Coupable et Responsable du Chaos\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques semaines, l\u2019UFAP-UNSa Justice s\u2019agite et d\u00e9nonce les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les agents dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la Protection Sociale Compl\u00e9mentaire (PSC) confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la Mutuelle INTERIALE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Heureusement que le ridicule ne tue pas !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Est-il n\u00e9cessaire de rappeler que l\u2019UNSa, la CGT et la CFDT ont vot\u00e9 POUR l\u2019attribution de ce march\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, face \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e de la col\u00e8re des agents qui subissent les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un dispositif bancal, des tarifs incompr\u00e9hensibles, la saturation de la plateforme, l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponses aux demandes, des retards de remboursement, l\u2019UFAP-UNSa joue les vierges effarouch\u00e9es, fait mine de d\u00e9couvrir les effets de ses propres choix, tentant d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment de dissimuler son enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice refuse cette hypocrisie !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u27a1\ufe0f <\/span>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 les seuls \u00e0 voter CONTRE cette attribution au sein du minist\u00e8re de la Justice.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 les seuls \u00e0 d\u00e9poser plainte sur cette proc\u00e9dure d\u2019attribution.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Nous avons saisi l\u2019Inspection du minist\u00e8re de la Justice pour qu\u2019une enqu\u00eate compl\u00e8te soit men\u00e9e sur les conditions dans lesquelles ce march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Nous ne faisons pas de communication de fa\u00e7ade : nous agissons concr\u00e8tement pour d\u00e9fendre les droits et les int\u00e9r\u00eats des personnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO JUSTICE, SEUL SYNDICAT COH\u00c9RENT ET PR\u00c9VOYANT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO Justice ne d\u00e9couvre pas les probl\u00e8mes une fois qu\u2019ils \u00e9clatent, nous les avions d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, il est trop facile pour certains syndicats de se pr\u00e9senter comme d\u00e9fenseurs des agents apr\u00e8s avoir valid\u00e9 le dispositif qui les met en difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Les personnels m\u00e9ritent la v\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a1\ufe0f Qui a vot\u00e9 POUR INTERIALE : UNSa Justice, CGT, CFDT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a1\ufe0f Qui a vot\u00e9 CONTRE : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO Justice<\/span>, seule voix de la coh\u00e9rence et de la vigilance syndicale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Aujourd\u2019hui et plus que jamais, FO Justice exige du minist\u00e8re qu\u2019il fasse respecter les clauses du march\u00e9 qu\u2019il a attribu\u00e9 avec l\u2019aide de SYNDICATS COMPLICES !!!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/20251112-PSC-lUfap-UNSa-Justice-coupable.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques semaines, l\u2019UFAP-UNSa Justice s\u2019agite et d\u00e9nonce les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les agents dans la mise en \u0153uvre de la Protection Sociale Compl\u00e9mentaire (PSC) confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la Mutuelle INTERIALE.
