{"id":38964,"date":"2025-10-20T11:21:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T09:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=38964"},"modified":"2025-10-20T11:21:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T09:21:53","slug":"ifo-2025-versement-repousse-en-decembre-une-gestion-inacceptable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/ifo-2025-versement-repousse-en-decembre-une-gestion-inacceptable\/","title":{"rendered":"IFO 2025 : Versement repouss\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre &#8211; Une gestion inacceptable !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><b>Lors du CSA-AP du 16 octobre 2025, <\/b><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span><b>a saisi la Direction de l\u2019Administration <\/b><b>P\u00e9nitentiaire (DAP) au sujet du retard de versement de l\u2019IFO revaloris\u00e9e des officiers <\/b><b>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union multilat\u00e9rale le 7 juillet 2025, les annonces de la DAP pr\u00e9voyaient un versement sur le salaire du mois d\u2019octobre. <b>Promesses non tenues\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Suite \u00e0 notre intervention, la DAP nous a expliqu\u00e9 que le visa du Contr\u00f4leur Budg\u00e9taire et Comptable Minist\u00e9riel (CBCM) venait \u00e0 peine d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9, rendant impossible le versement sur octobre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ainsi, la r\u00e9gularisation interviendra sur la paie du mois de d\u00e9cembre, concomitamment au versement de la modulation de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice l\u2019affirme : la fa\u00e7on dont la DAP a g\u00e9r\u00e9 le versement de l\u2019IFO est inadmissible !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">L\u2019investissement sans faille des officiers, dans l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tablissements et services, doit \u00eatre reconnu \u00e0 sa juste valeur et ne souffrir d\u2019aucune d\u00e9faillance de la part de l\u2019administration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Une fois de plus, l\u2019administration ne tient pas ses engagements !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Il est inacceptable que le Corps de Commandement doive patienter pr\u00e8s de douze mois pour <\/b><b>percevoir la revalorisation de son IFO.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Quant \u00e0 l\u2019UFAP, ils avaient \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 la r\u00e9gularisation pour octobre. Et pourtant, ils font aujourd\u2019hui mine d\u2019\u00eatre surpris et tentent d\u2019imputer ce retard aux modalit\u00e9s de notre r\u00e9forme bien historique\u2026 qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont toujours pas dig\u00e9r\u00e9e et continuent de d\u00e9nigrer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Une meilleure connaissance des m\u00e9canismes institutionnels et budg\u00e9taires (ou peut-\u00eatre un peu moins de mauvaise foi) leur aurait permis de comprendre que ce retard n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec le contenu de la r\u00e9forme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Et, comme \u00e0 leur habitude, certains tentent de vous faire croire que c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 eux que vous percevrez votre IFO\u2026 <b>Quand on veut se foutre du monde, il n\u2019y a pas mieux que de prendre <\/b><b>les Personnels pour des imb\u00e9ciles.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span><b>mettra tout en \u0153uvre et ne fera aucune concession concernant l\u2019application <\/b><b>effective et int\u00e9grale de cette r\u00e9forme historique qui consacre la juste reconnaissance du <\/b><b>Corps de Commandement.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice se joint \u00e0 la col\u00e8re des officiers et alerte ! <\/b><b>Nous ne tol\u00e8rerons pas un tel retard pour 2026 !!!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/20251020-IFO-2025-Versement-repousse-Gestion-inacceptable.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors du CSA-AP du 16 octobre 2025, FO Justice a saisi la Direction de l\u2019Administration P\u00e9nitentiaire (DAP) au sujet du retard de versement de l\u2019IFO revaloris\u00e9e des officiers pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.
