Manifestement cette fois, elles l\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9. Certaines d\u00e9cisions laissent une empreinte ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile d\u2019injustice administrative.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Celle prise par la DRH du CP AIX-LUYNES en fait tristement partie !<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Un agent du Centre P\u00e9nitentiaire, mut\u00e9 vers son territoire d\u2019origine \u00e0 plus de 20 000 km, devait rejoindre <span class=\"s1\">son nouvel \u00e9tablissement. Un<\/span> d\u00e9part longuement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>27 heures d\u2019avion \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir, quatre jeunes <\/b><\/span><b>enfants \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement organis\u00e9.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019agent avait formul\u00e9 une demande de d\u00e9part anticip\u00e9, valid\u00e9e par l\u2019administration. Les billets d\u2019avion \u00e9taient re\u00e7us, la mise en position de d\u00e9lais de route act\u00e9e : <b>TOUT SEMBLAIT EN ORDRE<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>La famille \u00e9tait pr\u00eate pour un d\u00e9part pr\u00e9vu le vendredi 10 octobre 2025.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mais, \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute, <b>la DRH du CP AIX-LUYNES<\/b> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">en a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 autrement<\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>SANS EXPLICATION <\/b><\/span><b>CLAIRE, SANS CONCERTATION,<\/b> <b>ELLE ANNULE TOUT !!!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b><i>R\u00c9SULTAT <\/i><\/b><\/span><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\" style=\"text-align: center;\">BILLETS ANNUL\u00c9S, DEPART CADUQUE, BAIL LOCATIF R\u00c9SILI\u00c9 !!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vendredi soir, vers 18 heures, l\u2019agent d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 contacte un repr\u00e9sentant syndical <span class=\"s2\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>FO JUSTICE<\/i><\/b> <\/span>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><b>Lui et sa famille sont \u00e0 la rue !!!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>LA DRH A TOUT SIMPLEMENT LAISS\u00c9 UNE FAMILLE SUR LE TROTTOIR, <\/b><b>SANS M\u00caME UN APPEL POUR S\u2019ENQU\u00c9RIR DE LEUR SITUATION.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>SILENCE RADIO<\/b> !!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Cette attitude n\u2019est pas une erreur :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p11\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>C\u2019EST UN M\u00c9PRIS CONSCIENT, UNE <\/b><b>VIOLENCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSUM\u00c9E.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Car lorsque l\u2019on prive volontairement un agent et ses enfants d\u2019un toit, on ne parle plus de gestion :<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>ON PARLE DE MALTRAITANCE INSTITUTIONNELLE.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>UNE GESTION INHUMAINE, INDIGNE DE NOTRE INSTITUTION !!!<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Cette sc\u00e8ne r\u00e9voltante r\u00e9v\u00e8le une fois encore le manque total d\u2019humanit\u00e9 et de consid\u00e9ration envers les personnels p\u00e9nitentiaires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>FO JUSTICE<\/i><\/b><\/span><b> <\/b><\/span><b>condamne fermement cette attitude !!!<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Car oui, derri\u00e8re chaque uniforme, il y a une vie, des enfants, une famille, des sacrifices.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Face \u00e0 ce scandale inacceptable, d\u00e8s l\u2019alerte donn\u00e9e, <span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>FO JUSTICE<\/i><\/b> <\/span><b>EST INTERVENUE <\/b><b>IMM\u00c9DIATEMENT <\/b>aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019administration, exigeant une r\u00e9action imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre d\u00e9termination et \u00e0 la mobilisation rapide et d\u00e9termin\u00e9e de <span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>FO JUSTICE<\/i><\/b><\/span>, une solution d\u2019urgence a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9e dans la soir\u00e9e !!!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b><i>Mais qu\u2019on ne s\u2019y trompe pas :<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b><i>L\u2019administration a failli \u00e0 son devoir. C\u2019est la <\/i><\/b><b><i>pression syndicale qui a sauv\u00e9 cette famille !!!<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><b>Nous d\u00e9non\u00e7ons avec force le comportement irresponsable et inhumain de la DRH qui a<\/b> :<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2022<\/span> Fait preuve d\u2019un manque total d\u2019anticipation et de discernement ;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2022<\/span> Bris\u00e9 une confiance d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragile entre le personnel et la direction ;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">\u2022<\/span> Port\u00e9 atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019image m\u00eame de l\u2019administration p\u00e9nitentiaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO JUSTICE EXIGE :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u21d2 Des explications claires sur cette d\u00e9cision tardive et irresponsable ;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u21d2 Des garanties pour que plus jamais un agent ne soit laiss\u00e9 sans solution ;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u21d2 La reconnaissance officielle de la faute commise envers l&#8217;agent ;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u21d2 Et surtout, le respect \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire d\u00fb \u00e0 chaque agent !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Parce que derri\u00e8re chaque matricule il y a un \u00eatre humain, et celui-ci, la DRH l&#8217;a simplement effac\u00e9.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Parce que laisser une famille sur le trottoir, c&#8217;est plus qu&#8217;une erreur de gestion :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><b>C\u2019est une honte institutionnelle.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Notre organisation restera vigilante et ne laissera plus jamais de tels agissements passer sous <\/b><b>silence.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>LA DIGNIT\u00c9 DES AGENTS <\/b><b>N\u2019EST PAS N\u00c9GOCIABLE !!!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/La-DRH-humile-un-agent-et-sa-famille-une-honte-absolue.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il existe des fronti\u00e8res que l\u2019inhumanit\u00e9 ne devrait jamais franchir.
