{"id":37998,"date":"2025-09-19T17:34:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T15:34:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=37998"},"modified":"2025-09-19T17:34:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T15:34:17","slug":"prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-fakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-fakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne : &#8220;Fakes&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Malgr\u00e9 les rumeurs persistantes de certains oiseaux de mauvaise augure, colporteurs de ragots malsains, sp\u00e9cialistes du comm\u00e9rage en tout genre, notre syndicat local, n\u2019a jamais entrepris, ou eu l\u2019intention, de modifier le service actuel vot\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 par les personnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Ni<\/strong> sur la conception des \u00e9quipes, <strong>ni<\/strong> sur le roulement, <strong>ni<\/strong> sur les p\u00e9riodes de cong\u00e9s, <strong>ni<\/strong> sur les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9es, <strong>etc<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ces propositions n\u2019\u00e9manent pas de notre organisation qui, elle, cherche constamment \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le quotidien des personnels et de la structure en \u0153uvrant pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun sans\u2026.J<strong>e m\u2019en fout<\/strong>(isme).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le service actuel, scrut\u00e9 au quotidien par des adh\u00e9rents, fonctionne comme dans tous les \u00e9tablissements en manque de personnels avec des hauts et des bas, mais il remplit son r\u00f4le. Il n\u2019y a donc aucun motif pour que nous cherchions \u00e0 le modifier par d\u2019autres qui, malgr\u00e9 la recherche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, n\u2019aboutissent \u00e0 rien de concluant dans la bonification du fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Certes, les p\u00e9riodes de cong\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sont compliqu\u00e9Es \u00e0 passer, mais la seule solution propos\u00e9e par d\u2019autres pour am\u00e9liorer cette situation, serait de stopper le chevauchement des \u00e9quipes ou de r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e des p\u00e9riodes, ce qui, apr\u00e8s un sondage, ne semble pas retenir un avis positif d\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de personnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ainsi, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 notre conception du syndicat, <strong>si un grand nombre<\/strong> de personnel ne souhaite pas voir modifier ce qui fut ratifi\u00e9 par la majorit\u00e9, <strong>aucun<\/strong> changement n\u2019aura lieu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il fallait donc que la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 soit r\u00e9tablie avant que le venin distill\u00e9 par certains n\u2019empoisonne l\u2019ensemble.
