Trop c&#8217;est Trop !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Cher(e)(s) coll\u00e8gue(s) : on nous demande l\u2019impossible !<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans nos \u00e9tablissements, le manque de personnel devient insoutenable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Chaque jour, nous devons d\u00e9j\u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, g\u00e9rer les tensions, prot\u00e9ger nos coll\u00e8gues et garantir la bonne marche du service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Et maintenant, on nous retire de nos missions essentielles pour nous envoyer surveiller une marche avec des d\u00e9tenus (une activit\u00e9 qui n\u2019est pas notre r\u00f4le, ni notre formation).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ce choix met en danger :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\">La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragilis\u00e9e par le sous-effectif<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">La sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique des agents, \u00e9puis\u00e9s par des taches multiples et mal reparties.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">La qualit\u00e9 du suivi des missions prioritaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Nous ne sommes pas interchangeables !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nos m\u00e9tiers ont des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cises.
