Seul face au silence, seul face \u00e0 l\u2019inaction, seul face \u00e0 l\u2019abandon.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Nous avons solennellement exig\u00e9, dans notre d\u00e9claration liminaire, ce que tout syndicat digne de <\/b><span class=\"s2\"><b>ce nom devrait r\u00e9clamer sans rel\u00e2che : <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>une revalorisation INDEMNITAIRE pour les Personnels <\/b><b>Techniques, \u00e0 la hauteur de celle promise aux Personnels Administratifs.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Nous avons rappel\u00e9, avec force, que les protocoles d\u2019accord n\u2019\u00e9taient toujours pas sign\u00e9s pour ces agents, et qu\u2019il \u00e9tait temps que justice leur soit enfin rendue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Et l\u00e0, le choc. L\u2019inacceptable. Le scandale !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">La Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du minist\u00e8re de la Justice, elle-m\u00eame interloqu\u00e9e, nous informe que la r\u00e9forme des Personnels Techniques est entre les mains du Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat. Jusque-l\u00e0, rien d\u2019anormal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Mais ce qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit ensuite d\u00e9passe l\u2019entendement : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>FO Justice serait la seule organisation <\/b><\/span><b>syndicale \u00e0 revendiquer la signature d\u2019un relev\u00e9 de conclusions pour la fili\u00e8re technique. La seule !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Pendant que nous d\u00e9fendons corps et \u00e2me l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre tous les agents, les autres syndicats, UNSa Justice, CGT, et CFDT, gardent un silence complice. Pas une protestation. Pas une prise de parole. RIEN ! <b>Ce silence n\u2019est pas neutre. Ce silence est une trahison !<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Comment peuvent-ils pr\u00e9tendre repr\u00e9senter les personnels du minist\u00e8re de la Justice, quand ils tournent le dos \u00e0 toute une fili\u00e8re ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Comment peuvent-ils, sans fr\u00e9mir, laisser entendre qu\u2019un protocole pour les Administratifs peut \u00eatre sign\u00e9, mais qu\u2019aucune revalorisation ne serait accord\u00e9e aux personnels techniques, au seul motif que <span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span><b>est seul \u00e0 le demander ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Quelle bassesse. Quelle d\u00e9mission. Quelle honte.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u25ba FO Justice<\/b><\/span><b>, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses engagements, r\u00e9clame pour les personnels techniques ce qui est obtenu <\/b><b>pour les administratifs. Rien de plus que l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. Rien de moins que la dignit\u00e9 !<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">La Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du minist\u00e8re de la Justice nous a donc inform\u00e9 qu\u2019elle continue de porter la signature de ce protocole aupr\u00e8s du ministre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Dans l\u2019attente, le 2 septembre 2025, <\/b><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice <\/b><\/span><b>signera, avec honneur, le protocole en faveur des <\/b><b>Personnels Administratifs.
