{"id":35227,"date":"2025-06-09T11:24:25","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T10:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=35227"},"modified":"2025-06-09T11:24:25","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T10:24:25","slug":"prison-de-fleury-merogis-communique-de-soutien-aux-personnels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-fleury-merogis-communique-de-soutien-aux-personnels\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Fleury-M\u00e9rogis : Communiqu\u00e9 de Soutien aux Personnels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">La section locale FO Justice <\/span><\/strong><\/span>souhaite exprimer son soutien ind\u00e9fectible \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des personnels du Centre P\u00e9nitentiaire de Fleury-M\u00e9rogis, tous corps et grades confondus, confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une semaine particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9prouvante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans un contexte d\u00e9j\u00e0 tendu, marqu\u00e9 par un sous-effectif chronique et une surpopulation carc\u00e9rale persistante, les agents ont d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 plusieurs incidents d&#8217;une gravit\u00e9 extr\u00eame :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Des agressions perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de personnels en service.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>La gestion de trois suicides de personnes d\u00e9tenues, dont deux survenus au Quartier <\/strong><strong>Disciplinaire (QD) et un au b\u00e2timent D4. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Et enfin, le d\u00e9c\u00e8s tragique d\u2019une personne d\u00e9tenue h\u00e9berg\u00e9e au D3, malgr\u00e9 une <\/strong><strong>intervention rapide et des gestes de premiers secours prodigu\u00e9s avec sang-froid et <\/strong><strong>professionnalisme.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements marquants mettent en lumi\u00e8re la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du quotidien des agents p\u00e9nitentiaires, qui continuent d\u2019assurer leurs missions avec d\u00e9vouement et responsabilit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9puisement et l&#8217;accumulation de traumatismes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Force Ouvri\u00e8re Justice <\/span><\/strong><\/span>salue avec force le courage, la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et le professionnalisme exemplaire de tous les personnels ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 directement ou indirectement impliqu\u00e9s dans la gestion de ces drames.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, notre organisation a imm\u00e9diatement interpell\u00e9 la chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement afin qu\u2019une cellule psychologique soit mise en place en urgence pour accompagner tous les agents qui en ressentiraient le besoin.
