Ou comment travailler plus avec moins de personnels"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec une moyenne de 160 de\u0301tenus pour 91 places a\u0300 l&#8217;e\u0301tablissement, chaque jour un nouveau record de surpopulation pe\u0301nale est en passe d&#8217;e\u0302tre battu!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et ce n&#8217;est probablement pas termine\u0301!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le syndicat local <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO justice<\/span><\/b>, la situation actuelle devient critique. On assiste impuissant a\u0300 une hausse constante des incarce\u0301rations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proble\u0300me: <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><u>on ne sait plus ou\u0300 mettre nos pensionnaires<\/u><\/span>. Le quartier arrivants est sature\u0301, on y entasse jusqu\u2019a\u0300 4 de\u0301tenus dans certaines cellules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u0301videmment cette promiscuite\u0301 entrai\u0302ne des situations conflictuelles et des proble\u0300mes de cohabitation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><u>La de\u0301tention est devenue une ve\u0301ritable cocotte minute !<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le syndicat local <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>FO justice<\/b><\/span> constate et de\u0301plore une de\u0301gradation de nos conditions de travail cause\u0301e par cette surpopulation pe\u0301nale et le manque de personnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tous les services de l&#8217;e\u0301tablissement sont impacte\u0301s par cette surcharge de travail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On de\u0301nombre une vingtaine de matelas au sol. Les conditions de de\u0301tention ne sont plus acceptables ce qui rend la population pe\u0301nale plus tendue encore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le syndicat local<b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"> FO justice<\/span><\/b> de\u0301nonce une pe\u0301nurie d\u2019agents avec des de\u0301parts a\u0300 la retraite non remplace\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces vacances de postes contribuent chaque jour un peu plus a\u0300 la de\u0301gradation de nos conditions de travail. Pour le syndicat local <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>FO justice<\/b><\/span>, sans apports suffisants de personnels, on court a\u0300 la catastrophe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les heures supple\u0301mentaires vont exploser au de\u0301triment des repos et de la vie de famille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 de\u0301parts en 2021 + 5 de\u0301parts cette anne\u0301e et seulement 2 arrive\u0301es : <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><u>le compte n&#8217;y est pas !<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">En clair il faut faire le boulot avec moins d&#8217;agent ! c&#8217;est purement scandaleux !<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le syndicat local <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO justice<\/span><\/b> exige d&#8217;e\u0302tre entendu sur ce sujet, on ne pourra pas fonctionner correctement dans ces conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;anne\u0301e prochaine 6 personnels ont pre\u0301vu leur de\u0301part en retraite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le syndicat local <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO justice<\/span><\/b> a bien conscience que la Maison d\u2019arre\u0302t de Pe\u0301rigueux n&#8217;est pas un cas isole\u0301.
