{"id":34311,"date":"2025-05-03T07:49:38","date_gmt":"2025-05-03T06:49:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=34311"},"modified":"2025-05-03T07:49:38","modified_gmt":"2025-05-03T06:49:38","slug":"prison-de-ducos-personnel-sous-verrou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-ducos-personnel-sous-verrou\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Ducos : Personnel sous verrou !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Le 14 avril <span class=\"s2\">2025<\/span><\/strong> une note de service rappelle les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s du personnel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement en service de nuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour justifier l\u2019ajout de serrures \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la \u00ab porte pi\u00e9tons \u00bb et au \u00ab sas v\u00e9hicules \u00bb elle s\u2019appuie sur une note DAP de<strong><span class=\"s2\"> 2003<\/span><\/strong> portant sur l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9tablissements p\u00e9nitentiaires durant le service de nuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cette note du centre p\u00e9nitentiaire de Ducos ne mentionne pas les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s des intervenants ext\u00e9rieurs, <strong>mais celles <span class=\"s1\">du personnel.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Le personnel est le premier concern\u00e9 !!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cette note s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte s\u00e9curitaire renforc\u00e9, mais soul\u00e8ve des critiques quant <span class=\"s4\">\u00e0 son impact<\/span><span class=\"s5\">. <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Elle est per\u00e7ue comme une mesure punitive g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, plut\u00f4t que cibl\u00e9e envers les auteurs de manquements.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Force Ouvri\u00e8re Justice<\/strong> <\/span>d\u00e9plore l\u2019absence de solutions aux probl\u00e8mes de sous-effectif en journ\u00e9e (2 agents pour g\u00e9rer les flux entr\u00e9es, sorties, contr\u00f4le X, sas v\u00e9hicule, sas greffe) ;<span class=\"s6\">1<\/span> <span class=\"s6\">agent isol\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019UV 0<\/span>, <span class=\"s3\">alors que ces mesures <\/span>nocturnes complexifient les missions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les agents attendent une am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de travail, plut\u00f4t que des proc\u00e9dures alourdissant leurs t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le grad\u00e9 de nuit, <span class=\"s6\">seul<\/span> habilit\u00e9 aux ouvertures, pourrait \u00eatre submerg\u00e9 en cas d\u2019incidents simultan\u00e9s avec un impact sur la rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019intervention (notamment des forces de l\u2019ordre ou des pompiers).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Force Ouvri\u00e8re Justice <\/span><\/strong><\/span>soul\u00e8ve \u00e9galement des questions : comment garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s rapide des forces de l\u2019ordre en cas d\u2019urgence ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> <span class=\"s3\">Force Ouvri\u00e8re Justice <\/span><\/strong><\/span>une note de service rappelant que les entr\u00e9es et sorties en service de nuit sont soumises \u00e0 l\u2019autorisation du grad\u00e9 aurait eu moins d\u2019impact sur le budget de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span class=\"s3\">Force Ouvri\u00e8re Justice <\/span><\/strong><\/span>sera toujours pr\u00e9sent pour le personnel du centre p\u00e9nitentiaire de Ducos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/TRACT-FO-Porte-pietons.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 14 avril 2025 une note de service rappelle les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s du personnel \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement en service de nuit.
