Elle est profonde, elle est l\u00e9gitime, et elle ne faiblira pas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, des coll\u00e8gues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 violemment attaqu\u00e9s, non seulement en d\u00e9tention, mais aussi \u00e0 leur domicile et \u00e0 travers leurs v\u00e9hicules personnels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La violence ne s\u2019arr\u00eate plus aux murs de l\u2019institution. Elle suit les agents, les expose, les met en danger dans leur vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous apportons notre solidarit\u00e9 aux coll\u00e8gues des autres DI qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9es par ces actes de cruaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO UISP Grand Est d\u00e9nonce ces actes inacceptables.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cependant, les solutions ne sont pas simples \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 d\u00e9finir l\u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous affirmons toujours que les visioconf\u00e9rences doivent \u00eatre la r\u00e8gle et l&#8217;extraction judiciaire ou vicinale l&#8217;exception afin de permettre aux ELSP form\u00e9s de pouvoir s\u00e9curiser nos \u00e9tablissements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le travail commun des FSI et du parquet antiterroriste a permis l&#8217;arrestation de nombreux individus ce jeudi, nous soutenons ces actions afin de mettre hors d&#8217;\u00e9tat de nuire les malfrats qui gangr\u00e8nent notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La Direction Interr\u00e9gionale et les diff\u00e9rents CE ont pris le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 bras le corps dans leur quasi-majorit\u00e9 ,et ce, avec les moyens \u00e0 disposition pour \u00eatre en ad\u00e9quation avec les consignes minist\u00e9rielles pour rester au contact des agents inquiets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous maintenons que l&#8217;\u00e9tat de droit doit se faire respecter et soutenons toutes les actions allant dans ce sens<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Tract-declaration-liminaire-.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, Mesdames, Messieurs, La col\u00e8re monte.
