{"id":33644,"date":"2025-04-11T15:39:08","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T14:39:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=33644"},"modified":"2025-04-12T15:24:35","modified_gmt":"2025-04-12T14:24:35","slug":"prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-tu-peux-te-tromper-une-fois-mais-pas-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-tu-peux-te-tromper-une-fois-mais-pas-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne : Tu peux te tromper une fois mais pas 15 !!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><strong>\u00c0 Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Tu peux te tromper 2 fois dans les affectations mais pas 15 !!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Tu peux te tromper 3 fois dans les affectations mais pas 15 !!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2026 \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 .<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Tu peux te tromper 14 fois dans les affectations mais pas 15 !!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2026 \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 \u2026 .<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Depuis<\/strong> <strong>plusieurs mois,<\/strong> malgr\u00e9 une note de service et plusieurs interventions de notre part, les r\u00e9affectations dans les cellules d\u2019origine en sortie QD restent l\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Notre \u00e9tablissement<\/strong> doit-il continuer \u00e0 permettre l\u2019organisation de trafics en tous genres et s\u2019accommoder des risques de violence en refusant de se contraindre \u00e0 changer, sous des pr\u00e9textes plus ou moins fallacieux, les protagonistes de ces exactions pour, quelques instants apr\u00e8s, exiger de ses personnels toujours plus de fouilles et d\u2019interventions avec les risques \u00e9lev\u00e9s qui, trop souvent, en d\u00e9coulent et mutilent des agents ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Hier encore,<\/strong> un d\u00e9tenu de d\u00e9tention ordinaire, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 mut\u00e9 de cellule , il y a peu, car il passait ses journ\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00ab yoyoter \u00bb avec le quartier d\u2019isolement et disciplinaire en avouant vouer une v\u00e9ritable adoration pour certains profils d\u2019isol\u00e9s \u00ab crim\u2019org. \u00bb, se trouve repositionn\u00e9 pour r\u00e9organisation, et malgr\u00e9 notre action sur les dangers d\u2019une telle mutation, dans une cellule juste au-dessus de celui qu\u2019il idol\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Seule explication obtenue : \u00ab ce n\u2019est que transitoire, on le rebougera dans quelques jours !! \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Apr\u00e8s tout faire et d\u00e9faire c\u2019est toujours travailler et \u00e7a emp\u00eache les surveillants de s\u2019ennuyer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">D\u2019ailleurs pourquoi 18 mutations sur plusieurs jours alors qu\u2019un personnel peut se les \u00ab fader \u00bb sur une demi journ\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A quoi servent les observations des personnels, r\u00e9clam\u00e9es \u00e0 cor et \u00e0 cri par nos direction, si aucune prise en compte n\u2019en est faite ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nous pourrions encore continuer ainsi notre litanie, sur nos innombrables interventions \u00e0 ce sujet, mais nous n\u2019en prendrons pas la peine. Il vous suffira de tenter de vous rem\u00e9morer nos plaidoyers, et solutions apport\u00e9es, n\u00e9cessitant votre intervention pour tenter de r\u00e9tablir, de temps \u00e0 autre, toutes ces d\u00e9cisions prises \u00e0 hue et \u00e0 dia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les changements de celllules ne doivent t\u2019ils pas \u00eatre aussi effectu\u00e9s pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous, ainsi que de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, et pas uniquement pour satisfaire nos com\u00e9diens ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Monsieur le directeur,<\/strong> m\u00eame si la ritournelle des \u00ab tuches \u00bb peut pr\u00eater \u00e0 rire, pour les personnels de votre \u00e9tablissement il n\u2019en est rien !!
