Actuellement, des chefs de service et de direction limitent ces absences \u00e0 seulement 2 jours, obligeant les agents \u00e0 poser des cong\u00e9s annuels ou des RTT au-del\u00e0, en totale contradiction avec la r\u00e9glementation de la fonction publique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>UN DROIT FONDAMENTAL MAIS SOUMIS \u00c0 VALIDATION !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les textes officiels pr\u00e9voient que les agents publics peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019autorisations d\u2019absence r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es pour s\u2019occuper d\u2019un enfant malade lorsqu\u2019aucune autre solution de garde n\u2019a pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9vue. Celle-ci <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>ne s\u2019est pas montr\u00e9e insensible<\/strong> <strong>\u00e0 notre argumentation<\/strong><\/span><strong>,<\/strong><\/span> preuve que notre revendication est l\u00e9gitime et doit \u00eatre entendue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO<\/span> Justice exige une mise \u00e0 jour imm\u00e9diate !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>La note interr\u00e9gionale du 20 mars 2023<\/strong><\/span>, <\/span>qui encadre ces autorisations d\u2019absence, <strong>doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e et actualis\u00e9e<\/strong> afin de s\u2019aligner strictement sur les r\u00e8gles de la fonction publique <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span class=\"s2\">sans ajout restrictif injustifi\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO <\/span>Justice<\/strong> appelle l\u2019administration \u00e0 respecter la r\u00e9glementation et invite les agents \u00e0 signaler toute entrave \u00e0 leurs droits.
