Ce matin, un peu apre\u0300s 9H, et alors qu’il e\u0301tait sur la cour de promenade, un de\u0301tenu, arrive\u0301 sur la maison d’arre\u0302t il y a quelques semaines par Mesure d’ordre et de se\u0301curite\u0301, a re\u0301ussi a\u0300 quitter l’enceinte de l’e\u0301tablissement.<\/p>\n

Apre\u0300s avoir escalade\u0301 le grillage, il s’est retrouve\u0301 sur le toit de l’infirmerie. Puis, en se servant d’une gouttie\u0300re, il s’est hisse\u0301 jusqu’au toit du ba\u0302timent 1ere division. De la, et suite a un improbable saut de l’ange, il a atterri dans le concertina du mur d’enceinte, se blessant se\u0301rieusement en essayant de s’en extirper.<\/p>\n

Apre\u0300s un ultime saut 6 me\u0300tres plus bas, il s’est retrouve\u0301 dans l’avenue de Sainte Menehould, et s’est tout de suite mis a\u0300 prendre la fuite.<\/p>\n

Son pe\u0301riple n’aura e\u0301te\u0301 heureusement que de courte dure\u0301e, puisqu’il a e\u0301te\u0301 arre\u0302te\u0301 quelques minutes plus tard par la Police, bien aiguille\u0301e par un e\u0301change permanent avec l’e\u0301tablissement.<\/p>\n

Le Bureau Local FORCE OUVRIERE<\/span><\/b> tient a\u0300 fe\u0301liciter l’ensemble des agents pre\u0301sents ce matin, qui, par leur professionnalisme, ont contribue\u0301 a\u0300 ce que cette e\u0301vasion soit tre\u0300s rapidement circonscrite.<\/p>\n

Que ce soit la re\u0301activite\u0301 de l’agent surveillance promenade, le sang froid des agents qui ont du\u0302 intervenir arme\u0301s dans le chemin de ronde, ou encore l’encadrement qui a su mene\u0301 les ope\u0301rations avec mai\u0302trise, tous me\u0301ritent de recevoir rapidement un Te\u0301moignage Officiel de satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Le Bureau Local FORCE OUVRIERE<\/b><\/span> demande a\u0300 ce que cet acte soit sanctionne\u0301 lourdement, tant pe\u0301nalement que disciplinairement, mais e\u0301galement a\u0300 ce que l’individu soit transfe\u0301re\u0301 de\u0301s la fin de sa garde a\u0300 vue vers un autre e\u0301tablissement.<\/p>\n

Enfin, alors que les effectifs agents ne nous permettent plus de tenir une couverture des postes a\u0300 100% et de travailler en se\u0301curite\u0301, le Bureau Local FORCE OUVRIERE<\/span><\/b> demande a\u0300 la Direction Interre\u0301gionale de lancer tre\u0300s rapidement un appel a\u0300 volontariat a\u0300 tous les personnels de la DISP afin de venir combler les manques.<\/u><\/p>\n
