{"id":30715,"date":"2025-01-22T11:33:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T10:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=30715"},"modified":"2025-01-22T11:33:12","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T10:33:12","slug":"prison-de-bethune-lettre-ouverte-demande-de-fouille-generale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-bethune-lettre-ouverte-demande-de-fouille-generale\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de B\u00e9thune : Lettre Ouverte &#8211; Demande de Fouille G\u00e9n\u00e9rale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En tant que secr\u00e9taire adjoint <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> \u00e0 la Maison d\u2019Arr\u00eat de B\u00e9thune, je souhaite attirer votre attention sur des probl\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9occupantes r\u00e9cemment constat\u00e9es dans notre \u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2024, une quantit\u00e9 significative de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables et de stup\u00e9fiants a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e. De nombreux colis ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts dans le chemin de ronde, sur le terrain de sport et dans les cours de promenade. Par ailleurs, nous observons une augmentation notable des livraisons de ces objets et substances illicites par drones.<\/p>\n<p>Ne serait-il pas pertinent d\u2019organiser, en service de nuit et en collaboration avec les ERIS et nos coll\u00e8gues de la police nationale, des op\u00e9rations similaires \u00e0 celles men\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 la Maison d\u2019Arr\u00eat d\u2019Arras et au Centre P\u00e9nitentiaire de Lille-Loos-Sequedin ? Ces initiatives ont permis de nombreuses interpellations et pourraient constituer une r\u00e9ponse efficace \u00e0 la situation. Ce constat pr\u00e9occupant a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux renseignements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux le vendredi 17 janvier. Ces derniers ont pris contact avec notre organisation locale <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir un point de situation sur la Maison d\u2019Arr\u00eat de B\u00e9thune.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9couverte d\u2019un tel nombre d\u2019objets et de produits stup\u00e9fiants au sein de notre \u00e9tablissement est alarmante et constitue un risque majeur pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous. Si nous n\u2019avons pas encore d\u00e9couvert d\u2019armes, rien ne nous garantit que cela n\u2019arrivera pas un jour. Ces faits doivent \u00eatre pris avec le plus grand s\u00e9rieux et nous inciter \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re proactive pour pr\u00e9venir tout incident grave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une fouille g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement appara\u00eet comme une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape essentielle<\/strong> pour s\u2019assurer qu\u2019aucune arme ne soit dissimul\u00e9e. Il est \u00e9galement crucial que la population p\u00e9nale comprenne que notre \u00e9tablissement reste pleinement capable d\u2019organiser de telles op\u00e9rations.Nous constatons par ailleurs une augmentation pr\u00e9occupante de l\u2019effectif p\u00e9nal, qui approche les 400 d\u00e9tenus, avec un nombre croissant de cellules tripl\u00e9es malgr\u00e9 l\u2019absence de matelas au sol. Si rien n\u2019est fait rapidement, nous risquons d\u2019assister \u00e0 une escalade de la violence, \u00e0 des tensions accrues entre d\u00e9tenus, et \u00e0 une augmentation des risques d\u2019agressions envers le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, nous devons \u00e9galement anticiper les d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite imminents de plusieurs agents en 2025, qui ne seront pas remplac\u00e9s dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat. Cela entra\u00eenera une charge suppl\u00e9mentaire cons\u00e9quente pour le personnel restant, avec un impact direct sur leur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle.
