{"id":27606,"date":"2024-10-15T18:58:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-15T17:58:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=27606"},"modified":"2024-10-15T18:58:20","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T17:58:20","slug":"prison-de-saint-quentin-fallavier-bonne-nouvelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-saint-quentin-fallavier-bonne-nouvelle\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Saint-Quentin Fallavier : Bonne Nouvelle !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 la suite du CSA qui s&#8217;est tenu le 7 octobre en pr\u00e9sence des repr\u00e9sentants <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> du bureau local et des experts ainsi que l\u2019Adj Chef de D\u00e8t, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>le bureau local FO Justice<\/strong><\/span> de SQF \u00e0 le plaisir de vous annoncer qu&#8217;une nouvelle organisation des horaires en rotation a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s de longs mois d&#8217;\u00e9changes et de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Ce changement tant attendu se concr\u00e9tise enfin, et il apportera plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et une meilleure r\u00e9partition du temps de travail pour tous les agents concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les journ\u00e9es seront organis\u00e9es en postes de 12 heures, avec des coupures de 6h15 ou 9 heures selon les besoins op\u00e9rationnels de &#8220;nuit s\u00e8che&#8221;. Cette nouvelle organisation vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle, elle concerne les brigades suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0MA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CD<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Infras (PEP\/PEP2\/MUR1\/PCI)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>QID<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un formulaire est en cours de pr\u00e9paration, dans lequel chaque agent pourra exprimer ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en termes d&#8217;horaires, en optant pour des rotations de 6 ou 12 heures, avec ou sans les matin\/nuit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Le bureau local FO Justice de SQF<\/strong><\/span> souhaite exprimer ses remerciements \u00e0 l&#8217;Adjoint Chef de D\u00e9tention ainsi qu&#8217;aux experts pour leur implication et leur soutien tout au long de ce projet. Leur contribution au CSA a \u00e9t\u00e9 essentielle. Nous tenons \u00e9galement \u00e0 saluer l&#8217;ensemble des agents qui ont particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche collective, rendant possible la validation de cette nouvelle organisation des horaires.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Le bureau local FO Justice de SQF<\/strong> <\/span>reste bien entendu \u00e0 votre enti\u00e8re disposition pour toute question ou compl\u00e9ment d&#8217;information concernant cette nouvelle organisation.
