Psychologue de soutien 14, 50, 61"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En d\u00e9but de semaine, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>le Bureau Interr\u00e9gional<\/b> <b>FO Justice<\/b> <\/span>a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y aurait pas de recrutement de contractuel psychologue de soutien pour le personnel dans les d\u00e9partements du 50, du 14 et du 61.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9vident qu\u2019une intervention \u00e9tait indispensable pour garantir ce recrutement. Le r\u00f4le d\u2019un psychologue de soutien est crucial pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel de l\u2019administration p\u00e9nitentiaire dans chaque d\u00e9partement.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette situation pr\u00e9occupante, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>le Bureau Interr\u00e9gional<\/b> <b>FO Justice<\/b> <\/span>a imm\u00e9diatement interpell\u00e9 la Direction Interr\u00e9gionale pour obtenir des clarifications.<\/p>\n<p>Nous apprenons que le poste de psychologue de soutien a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 deux fois, sans qu\u2019aucune candidature de titulaire ne soit re\u00e7ue. Par ailleurs, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s que l&#8217;enveloppe d&#8217;agents non titulaires de la cat\u00e9gorie A est en d\u00e9passement, ce qui emp\u00eacherait, dans l&#8217;imm\u00e9diat, le recrutement d\u2019un contractuel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Une situation impossible \u00e0 accepter, compte tenu de <\/b><b>l\u2019urgence !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cependant, nous apprenons \u00e9galement que la direction interr\u00e9gionale a sollicit\u00e9 un arbitrage aupr\u00e8s du bureau RH3 pour d\u00e9bloquer cette situation.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intervention rapide de<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b> l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale FO Justice<\/b> <\/span>aupr\u00e8s de RH3, nous avons obtenu l\u2019appui n\u00e9cessaire pour soutenir cette demande de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Hier soir, nous avons enfin appris que la demande avait \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/b><b>accept\u00e9e et qu\u2019un recrutement allait avoir lieu.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Le Bureau Interr\u00e9gional FO Justice<\/b><\/span> se r\u00e9jouit de cette d\u00e9cision, cette issue positive refl\u00e8te l&#8217;engagement constant de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice<\/b><\/span> \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats du personnel p\u00e9nitentiaire.<\/p>\n<p>Nous restons mobilis\u00e9s pour suivre de pr\u00e8s la mise en \u0153uvre de cette d\u00e9cision et veiller \u00e0 ce que les besoins des agents soient pris en compte de mani\u00e8re durable.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>FO Justice<\/b><\/span> continuera \u00e0 \u0153uvrer avec d\u00e9termination pour garantir un environnement de travail sain et un accompagnement adapt\u00e9 aux agents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Soyez assur\u00e9s que nous restons \u00e0 vos c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour faire entendre <\/b><b>votre voix et obtenir des r\u00e9sultats CONCRETS !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Psy-soutien-UISP-FO-Rennes-v02.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En d\u00e9but de semaine, le Bureau Interr\u00e9gional FO Justice a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y aurait pas de recrutement de contractuel psychologue de soutien pour le personnel dans les d\u00e9partements du 50, du 14 et du 61.
