Notre syndicat reste dans l\u2019attente d\u2019une avance\u0301e concre\u0300te de la DPJJ sur le premier point et a <strong>porte\u0301 une nouvelle fois ses revendications aupre\u0300s des plus hautes instances dans le cadre d\u2019un e\u0301change hier avec le secre\u0301tariat ge\u0301ne\u0301ral.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concernant l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019activite\u0301, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO <span style=\"color: #000080;\">Justice PJJ<\/span><\/span><\/strong> s\u2019est mobilise\u0301e pour l\u2019alle\u0301gement de l\u2019activite\u0301 partout ou\u0300 le sous-effectif met en pe\u0301ril les conditions de travail et la prise en charge des mineurs. <strong>Notons des premie\u0300res avance\u0301es obtenues ce jour dans les DIR Grand Nord et en IDF-OM<\/strong> avec un plafonnement de 6 a\u0300 9 places en he\u0301bergement selon les absences, une priorisation des situations de mineurs en danger, un travail avec les juridictions pour favoriser les alternatives aux poursuites, une priorisation des PEAT ainsi qu\u2019une mise en attente des mandats au-dela\u0300 de 25 jeunes par e\u0301ducateur. <strong>Cependant, nous de\u0301plorons que l\u2019ENPJJ reporte des formations en raison de cette crise RH <\/strong>sans aucune consultation des organisations syndicales. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO <span style=\"color: #000080;\">Justice PJJ<\/span><\/span> <\/strong>s\u2019oppose fermement a\u0300 ces reports unilate\u0301raux.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ce tract s\u2019inscrit dans la continuite\u0301 de notre lutte contre l\u2019auste\u0301rite\u0301 et la pre\u0301carisation a\u0300 la PJJ et dans la de\u0301fense des mineurs pris en charge<\/strong><\/span>.
