{"id":25538,"date":"2024-07-30T14:48:13","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T13:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=25538"},"modified":"2024-07-30T14:48:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T13:48:13","slug":"prison-de-saint-martin-de-re-encore-une-sauvage-agression","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-saint-martin-de-re-encore-une-sauvage-agression\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Saint-martin-de-R\u00e9 : Encore une sauvage agression !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Encore une fois,<\/strong> ce dimanche 28 juillet 2024, la MC Saint-Martin-de-r\u00e9 vient de subir une nouvelle agression violente sur le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est vers 08h40, lors du mouvement douches, \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de la porte de sa cellule que le d\u00e9tenu malgr\u00e9 le port de menottes a agripp\u00e9 le col au niveau de son GPL en le tirant au fond de sa cellule, puis, a projet\u00e9 au sol notre coll\u00e8gue et l\u2019a \u00e9trangl\u00e9 avec ses jambes, tout en lui portant des coups !!!<\/p>\n<p>Durant l\u2019intervention de ma\u00eetrise de ce d\u00e9tenu d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 nuire \u00e0 la vie du personnel pr\u00e9sent, ce d\u00e9tenu n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de porter de multiples coups sur eux.<\/p>\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 sur notre structure en ao\u00fbt 2023, ce d\u00e9tenu s\u2019est brillamment illustr\u00e9 avec 12 comptes rendus d\u2019incidents r\u00e9dig\u00e9s \u00e0 son encontre : violence physique sur le personnel, violences physiques sur cod\u00e9tenus, refus de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer, violences verbales contre le personnel : insultes et menaces de mort\u2026multiples tapages en d\u00e9tention\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FO JUSTICE Saint-Martin-de-r\u00e9<\/span> cette violence exponentielle contre le personnel de surveillance est INACCEPTABLE !!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> FO JUSTICE Saint-Martin-de-r\u00e9<\/span>, on le r\u00e9p\u00e8te ENCORE et ENCORE notre \u00e9tablissement n\u2019est pas un \u00e9tablissement psychiatrique !!!
