Pas moins de 5 mises en pre\u0301vention pour des motifs qui deviennent re\u0301currents : refus de re\u0301inte\u0301grer la cellule, proble\u0300mes de cohabitation, bagarres, de\u0301gradations<\/p>\n<p>en tous genres et malheureusement agression sur personnels.<\/p>\n<p>Nous tenons a\u0300 signaler que ce nombre pourrait e\u0302tre multiplie\u0301 par deux ou trois, sans le professionnalisme de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la de\u0301tention qui passent leur temps a\u0300 de\u0301samorcer et a\u0300 trouver des solutions pour e\u0301viter les mises en pre\u0301vention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bravo et merci a\u0300 eux pour leur travail au quotidien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre agresseur du jour, le de\u0301tenu C., schizophre\u0300ne, violent, atteint de trouble du comportement. Comme a\u0300 son habitude, il n\u2019a cesse\u0301 de re\u0301clamer du tabac aux surveillants. Devant le refus de ces derniers, lors de sa re\u0301inte\u0301gration en cellule, suite a\u0300 sa promenade isole\u0301e, il bloqua la porte et asse\u0301na un coup de poing au visage de notre colle\u0300gue. L\u2019intervention rapide des autres colle\u0300gues pre\u0301sents a permis de mettre fin a\u0300 l\u2019incident.<\/p>\n<p>Trois jours d\u2019ITT pour le colle\u0300gue agresse\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 15 jours, il avait de\u0301ja\u0300 agresse\u0301 un autre colle\u0300gue en le poussant violemment au sol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Le constat est le me\u0302me pour tous, ce type de journe\u0301e est devenu courant et on s\u2019en passerait bien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le QA et le QD deviennent des maisons d\u2019arre\u0302t BIS de part le nombre de de\u0301tenus qui n\u2019ont rien a\u0300 y faire. La prise en charge des de\u0301tenus arrivants est pollue\u0301e par ces de\u0301tenus parasites qu\u2019on ne sait pas ou\u0300 placer.
