L&#8217;\u00e9chafaudage du bureau de l&#8217;Action Sociale (BAS) s&#8217;effondre pi\u00e8ce par pi\u00e8ce, et nous, nous ne sommes pas dupes !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de la derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du Conseil National d&#8217;Action Sociale (CNAS), l\u2019administration a tent\u00e9 de bercer d\u2019illusions les organisations syndicales (OS) repr\u00e9sentatives :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><u>\u00ab L&#8217;action sociale est une priorit\u00e9 \u00bb, \u00ab Aucun souci \u00e0 se faire \u00bb\u2026<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Mais concr\u00e8tement rien !<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Pas de calendriers, pas de documents de travail, pas d&#8217;actions !<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une illustration de cette indiff\u00e9rence : le si\u00e8ge de la vice-pr\u00e9sidence. Normalement occup\u00e9 par l\u2019administration, celui-ci est laiss\u00e9 vacant faute de d\u00e9signation <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">DEPUIS TROP <\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">LONGTEMPS.<\/span> <\/b><b>Un fant\u00f4me au CNAS !!!<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&#8217;est une insulte, un affront \u00e0 notre engagement dans l\u2019Action Sociale !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019<b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Union<\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO<\/span> <\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Justice<\/b><b> \u2013<\/b><b> <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">CGT<\/span><\/b><b> \u2013 <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">CFDT Interco<\/span><\/b> <b>EXIGENT<\/b> que la vice-pr\u00e9sidence du CNAS revienne \u00e0 ceux qui vivent l&#8217;Action Sociale au quotidien :<b> les organisations syndicales.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>L&#8217;administration a \u00e9chou\u00e9, \u00e0 nous <\/b><b>d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019action !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos trois organisations syndicales, l\u2019<b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Union<\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO<\/span><\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> <\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Justice<\/b><b> \u2013<\/b><b> <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">CGT<\/span><\/b><b> \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>CFDT <\/b><b>Interco<\/b><\/span>, seules pr\u00e9sentes au groupe de travail, expriment une vive inqui\u00e9tude concernant les prestations des agents, notamment en ce qui concerne le ch\u00e8que emploi service universel (CESU), les places en cr\u00e8che, le logement et la restauration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, le Bureau de l\u2019Action Sociale (BAS) charg\u00e9 de piloter ces sujets est actuellement \u00e0 la d\u00e9rive, et le secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, dans un jeu de chaises musicales, a renforc\u00e9 le bureau des ressources humaines au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019action sociale pour les agents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>L\u2019<\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Union<\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO<\/span><\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> <\/b><b style=\"color: #0433ff;\">Justice<\/b><b> \u2013<\/b><b> <span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">CGT<\/span><\/b><b> \u2013 <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">CFDT Interco<\/span><\/b><b> ne laisseront pas l&#8217;Action Sociale \u00eatre <\/b><b>sacrifi\u00e9e, alors que la paup\u00e9risation gagne du terrain, chaque poste, chaque <\/b><b>engagement compte !<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/20240405-Communique_intersyndicale-CNAS-Alerte-Rouge.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9 <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le garde des Sceaux, ministre de la Justice se f\u00e9licite d&#8217;un budget \u00ab exceptionnel \u00bb pour l&#8217;Action Sociale (AS), mais derri\u00e8re le rideau, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est tout autre.
