Il s\u2019agit, en l\u2019espe\u0300ce, d\u2019un <b>nouveau dispositif visant a\u0300 instaurer une astreinte d\u2019e\u0301ducateurs distincte de l\u2019astreinte des cadres.<\/b> En contrepartie, l\u2019administration consent a\u0300 re\u0301mune\u0301rer cette astreinte a\u0300 hauteur de <b>150 euros par semaine, week-end compris.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO<\/span><span style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> Justice PJJ<\/span> souhaitait apporter des amendements, demander des pre\u0301cisions, exiger des garanties et apporter des points d\u2019ame\u0301liorations<\/b> pour e\u0301viter des interpre\u0301tations restrictives, voire contraignantes, pour les agents. A\u0300 titre d\u2019illustration, la DIR Grand Centre, qui s\u2019est autorise\u0301e une expe\u0301rimentation cavalie\u0300re, a mis en place une astreinte e\u0301ducative a\u0300 moyens constants avec une mobilisation des e\u0301ducateurs 24h\/24 au nez et a\u0300 la barbe d\u2019une DPJJ me\u0301duse\u0301e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le de\u0301bat pre\u0301vu dans le cadre du CSA devait permettre la construction avec l\u2019administration centrale d\u2019une note de cadrage protectrice a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301gard des agents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Malheureusement, <b>le projet d\u2019astreinte e\u0301ducative est suspendu dans la mesure ou\u0300 l\u2019intersyndicale (SNPES, CGT, UNSA et CFDT) boycotte toutes les instances nationales depuis de\u0301cembre 2023 <\/b>afin d\u2019obtenir plus de de\u0301charges pour leurs repre\u0301sentants du personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO<\/span><span style=\"color: #0433ff;\"> Justice PJJ <\/span>pre\u0301fe\u0300re sie\u0301ger pour obtenir plus de moyens pour le personnel de la PJJ<\/b> et ne pas porter pre\u0301judice aux agents.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Tract-lastreinte-educative-boycottee-par-lintersyndicale.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9 <\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chers colle\u0300gues, Dans le cadre du CSA PJJ du 25 mars 2023, la DPJJ a mis au de\u0301bat la question de l\u2019astreinte e\u0301ducative en he\u0301bergement.
