Depuis son arriv\u00e9e dans notre \u00e9tablissement, il est d\u00e9favorablement connu de nos services et fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une gestion particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suite \u00e0 une forte suspicion une fouille inopin\u00e9e de sa cellule a \u00e9t\u00e9 diligent\u00e9e sur les instructions de la hi\u00e9rarchie<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceci a permis de d\u00e9couvrir :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Un c\u00e2ble de chargeur<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au moment de sa r\u00e9int\u00e9gration \u00e0 l\u2019issue des promenades, les agents l\u2019ont pr\u00e9venu de la fouille et des saisies des objets prohib\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Visiblement cette saisie a compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9connect\u00e9 notre pensionnaire. En proie \u00e0 sa d\u00e9mence il a tout cass\u00e9 dans la cellule avant d\u2019y mettre le feu. L\u2019alarme a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des renforts des b\u00e2timents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour circonscrire l\u2019incident.
