Trop c&#8217;est trop."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des coups de poings au visage du surveillant qui s\u2019en sort avec <b>10 jours d\u2019ITT,<\/b> des crachats au visage et dans le dos du grad\u00e9, des coups de fourchettes sur le casque du surveillant, sans oublier les injures grotesques aux agents pr\u00e9sents, ainsi qu\u2019au chef de d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Non vous ne r\u00eavez pas, c\u2019est le triste bilan de la journ\u00e9e du <b>21\/02\/2024<\/b> au <b>CD de <\/b><b>Villenauxe-la-Grande<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trois de nos coll\u00e8gues ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes d\u2019agressions l\u00e2ches de la part de nos pensionnaires d\u00e9favorablement connus de nos services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces \u00e9nergum\u00e8nes sans scrupules doivent \u00eatre punis \u00e0 la hauteur de leurs actes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La loi <b>N\u00b0 2022-52 du 24 janvier 2022<\/b> pr\u00e9voit des peines plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res en cas d\u2019agression sur le personnel dans l\u2019exercice de leur mission (de<b> 5 \u00e0 10 ans selon les <\/b><b>circonstances aggravantes)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>FAUT-IL QU\u2019IL Y AIT UN MORT POUR QUE NOTRE DIRECTION <\/b><b>LOCALE R\u00c9AGISSE ?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il faut d\u00e9noncer aussi qu\u2019\u00e0 <b>Villenauxe-La-Grande <\/b>les agents travaillent dans l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 totale (<b>7 \u00e0 8 agents en services de nuit au lieu de 10 agents et 1 agent par <\/b><b>\u00e9tage au lieu de 2 agents)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cCette pratique est devenue normale dans notre \u00e9tablissement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le Bureau Local FO Justice<\/span><\/b> souhaite un bon r\u00e9tablissement aux coll\u00e8gues ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Le Bureau Local FO Justice<\/span><\/b> tient \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter les agents qui sont intervenus avec professionnalisme.
