Aucun r\u00e9pit pour les personnels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Jour de no\u00ebl<\/span><\/b> 2023 restera dans la m\u00e9moire des deux personnels agress\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le quartier arrivant fut le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019une violente agression, un de nos pensionnaires pas content d\u2019\u00eatre fouill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de son d\u00e9placement vers la salle de fouille o\u00f9 il refuse de rentrer, il porte un coup de poing au visage de notre coll\u00e8gue et l\u2019emm\u00e8ne au sol pour l\u2019\u00e9trangler. La surveillante QAE intervient pour lui porter secours et se blesse \u00e0 la main dans l\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les renforts sont intervenus mettant fin \u00e0 l\u2019incident, et permettant sa mise en pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avions demand\u00e9 lors d\u2019un <u>CSA<\/u>, de ne plus mettre des fouilles de cellules les week-end et jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9, du fait d\u2019un effectif r\u00e9duit ces jours-l\u00e0. <i><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\"><b>FO Justice<\/b><\/span><\/i> constat que cette demande n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu par notre direction et le r\u00e9sultat est plus que d\u00e9cevant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO Justice<\/span><\/i> <\/b><b>demande que les sanctions p\u00e9nales et <\/b><b>disciplinaires envers ce d\u00e9tenu soient exemplaires.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO Justice<\/span> <\/i><\/b><b>f\u00e9licite tous les personnels et <\/b><b>l\u2019encadrement, qui sont intervenus lors de cet incident.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><i><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO Justice<\/span><\/i><\/b><b> souhaite un prompt r\u00e9tablissement \u00e0 nos <\/b><b>coll\u00e8gues.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Agression-A-NoAl.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9 <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce Jour de no\u00ebl 2023 restera dans la m\u00e9moire des deux personnels agress\u00e9s.
