FO<\/span> Justice<\/b> e\u0301tait rec\u0327u au Se\u0301nat le mardi 8 fe\u0301vrier 2022 afin de participer a\u0300 une table ronde relative au contro\u0302le budge\u0301taire de l’E\u0301nap.<\/p>\n

FO <\/span>Justice<\/b> a aborde\u0301 diffe\u0301rents points importants :<\/p>\n

  • \n

    – \u00a0L’augmentation de la SCSP (subvention pour charge de service public) et l’augmentation du cou\u0302t de la masse salariale, ce qui met en exergue une subvention moindre que l’anne\u0301e pre\u0301ce\u0301dente. En effet, la SCSP ne vient pas compenser cette de\u0301pense.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    – \u00a0L’augmentation des cou\u0302ts lie\u0301s notamment aux fluides et aux divers cou\u0302ts en lien avec les diffe\u0301rents travaux entrepris sur l’e\u0301cole.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    – \u00a0Le fonds de roulement qui a baisse\u0301 depuis 2020 de plus de la moitie\u0301 pour atteindre d’ici a\u0300 2022 un seuil critique ge\u0301ne\u0301ralement admis, a\u0300 savoir 3 mois de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n

    Quand d’autres organisations syndicales de\u0301nonc\u0327aient la location payante de la TV (il n’y a plus de TV depuis la 206e\u0300 promotion) ou revendiquaient la gratuite\u0301 de la wifi (elle est gratuite depuis le de\u0301ploiement en octobre 2018) ou encore de\u0301nonc\u0327aient le cou\u0302t des repas journalier a\u0300 hauteur de 8\u20ac (les repas cou\u0302tent par jour 3.62\u20ac aux e\u0301le\u0300ves),<\/p>\n

    l’intervention de FO<\/span> Justice<\/b> e\u0301tait, elle, pre\u0301pare\u0301e.<\/u><\/p>\n

    Autre point important et contrairement a\u0300 ce qui a e\u0301te\u0301 dit, l’e\u0301cole, depuis 2011, est passe\u0301e de 237 ETPT a\u0300 267 en 2022. Nous avons donc gagne\u0301 des ETPT et non le contraire.<\/p>\n
