Initialement, un projet bien d\u00e9fini visait \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer un \u00e9quipage du P\u00f4le de Rattachement d’Extractions Judiciaires (PREJ) de Toulon pour renforcer l’\u00c9quipe Locale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 P\u00e9nitentiaire (ELSP) du Centre P\u00e9nitentiaire (CP) de Borgo du 9 au 13 octobre. Cependant, la mise en \u0153uvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par une s\u00e9rie d’obstacles impr\u00e9vus.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

L’Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation et de Programmation des Extractions Judiciaires (ARPEJ) a dispos\u00e9 de 10 jours pour organiser cette mission, incluant la r\u00e9servation des billets d’avion et de l’h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n

Alors, pourquoi le d\u00e9part de l’\u00e9quipage du PREJ de Toulon s’est-il effectu\u00e9 le 9 octobre \u00e0 6 heures du matin, avec une escale \u00e0 Paris, pour une arriv\u00e9e en Corse vers 15h30 ?<\/p>\n

Cette mission n’aurait-elle pas \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e dans la pr\u00e9cipitation ?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Et finalement, l’\u00e9quipage du PREJ de Toulon n’a pas pu assurer le renfort pour les comparutions imm\u00e9diates (CI) de l’apr\u00e8s-midi du 9 octobre!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

De plus, \u00e0 leur arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 30 minutes du CP de Borgo, sans compter les embouteillages, l’ARPEJ informe l’\u00e9quipage qu’il doit avancer les frais de stationnement du v\u00e9hicule banalis\u00e9 de l’administration p\u00e9nitentiaire pr\u00eat\u00e9 par le CP de Borgo sur le parking payant de l’h\u00f4tel !<\/b><\/p>\n

ET QUE DIRE D’UNE CHAMBRE POUR UN \u00c9QUIPAGE DE 3 AGENTS ?!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

ALORS QUE DE NOMBREUSES CHAMBRES \u00c9TAIENT DISPONIBLES, EST-CE LE M\u00caME TRAITEMENT POUR TOUS ?!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Pour couronner le tout, en ce qui concerne les missions de renfort pr\u00e9vues pour lesquelles l’\u00e9quipage a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9, ces missions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 restreintes \u00e0 des missions vicinales !!! L’\u00e9quipage de renfort a finalement travaill\u00e9 trois jours sur cinq, en effectuant des missions locales…<\/p>\n

Pendant ce temps, l’ELSP du CP de Borgo effectuait des missions quotidiennes sur le TGI d’Ajaccio, impliquant chaque fois un trajet aller-retour de 5h30.<\/p>\n

FO Justice du PREJ de Toulon<\/span><\/b> est en droit de se questionner sur la pertinence et l’efficacit\u00e9 de cette mission de renfort.<\/p>\n

FO Justice du PREJ de Toulon <\/span>PROPOSE<\/span><\/b> que, faute de pouvoir changer de prestataire (march\u00e9s publics), il revient \u00e0 l’ARPEJ de s’assurer syst\u00e9matiquement qu’il y a bien un parking s\u00e9curis\u00e9 dans chaque h\u00f4tel et\/ou anticiper de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit le r\u00e8glement du stationnement. Pour information, l’\u00e9quipage peut effectuer sa mission en v\u00e9hicule s\u00e9rigraphi\u00e9, voire m\u00eame en VTD Master s\u00e9rigraphi\u00e9 !!!<\/p>\n

FO Justice du PREJ de Toulon <\/span>DEMANDE<\/span><\/b> que de telles situations ne se reproduisent plus et EXIGE donc de la transparence et le respect qui sont dus aux agents du PREJ de Toulon, sinon…<\/p>\n
