L&#8217;ouverture du portail n&#8217;est plus automatise\u0301e du\u0302 a\u0300 une panne moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette panne de moteur risque de durer dans le temps. Le manque d&#8217;anticipation des re\u0301parations nous place dans une situation de\u0301licate. L&#8217;ouverture manuelle est rendue difficile du fait du poids conside\u0301rable du vantail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Les agents n&#8217;ont pas vocation a\u0300 pousser de la fonte a\u0300 chaque passage de ve\u0301hicule !!!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La porte pie\u0301tonne est de\u0301ja\u0300 sature\u0301e par les mouvements, il faut e\u0302tre vigilant a\u0300 ne pas la placer en difficulte\u0301 en ajoutant des mouvements supple\u0301mentaires qui ne\u0301cessitent des se\u0301parations entre les flux pie\u0301tons.<\/p>\n<p>La seule solution de notre Direction est de positionner des de\u0301tenus auxiliaires pour manipuler la porte SAS ve\u0301hicule.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Et pourquoi pas les doter d\u2019armes tant qu\u2019on y est ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Et pourquoi notre Directeur n\u2019a pas fait appel aux ERIS pour se\u0301curiser la porte d\u2019entre\u0301e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pluto\u0302t que de toujours dire \u00ab on va ge\u0301rer localement, tout va bien a\u0300 PERPIGNAN \u00bb FO JUSTICE rappelle que les agents ne sont pas des forc\u0327ats et ne doivent pas e\u0302tre dans l&#8217;obligation de de\u0301placer des charges lourdes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO JUSTICE<\/span><\/strong> exige la mise en place d&#8217;une re\u0301elle proce\u0301dure permettant la gestion se\u0301curitaire des flux de ve\u0301hicules. <strong>Le renfort des ERIS est une priorite\u0301 pour faire face a\u0300 ce manque de se\u0301curite\u0301.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO JUSTICE<\/span><\/strong> fe\u0301licite et remercie l\u2019ensemble du personnel pour le professionnalisme dont ils font preuve malgre\u0301 les difficulte\u0301s lie\u0301es aux pannes et a\u0300 la ve\u0301tuste\u0301 des e\u0301quipements.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/SURVEILLANT-MOTEUR-ou-AUXI-MOTEUR.pdf\">Lire le communiqu\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques jours le SAS ve\u0301hicule connai\u0302t un dysfonctionnement important.
