L\u2019UISP FO Justice de Toulouse<\/span><\/strong> se doit de re\u0301agir suite a\u0300 la lecture du communique\u0301 de l\u2019UR UFAP Toulouse en titre: Une re\u0301forme HISTOR \u00ab HIC \u00bb…<\/em> mais pas que, nous avons le sentiment qu\u2019un petit clan essaie de manipuler ou de diriger les raisonnements de certains colle\u0300gues en omettant consciemment les diverses e\u0301volutions indiciaires entre 2021 et 2024.<\/p>\n

Exemple e\u0301voque\u0301 dans leur e\u0301crit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je suis surveillant Brigadier e\u0301chelon 7, actuellement a\u0300 l\u2019indice 415. Je devrais passer a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301chelon 8 a\u0300 l\u2019indice 430, le 1er juin 2024.<\/p>\n

Avant la Fusion des grades, j\u2019e\u0301tais au 395<\/strong>. Le 28 fe\u0301vrier 2022, je suis passe\u0301 au 6e e\u0301chelon au 401<\/strong>. J\u2018ai garde\u0301 mes 20 mois d\u2019 anciennete\u0301 acquise. Le 1er juin 2022, j\u2019ai acce\u0301de\u0301 a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301chelon 7 a\u0300 l\u2019indice 415<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la Re\u0301forme qui me passera au 1er janvier 2024 de la Cat C a\u0300 B, je passerai a\u0300 l\u2019indice 439. Gra\u0302ce a\u0300 FO Justice<\/span> le seul et l\u2019unique syndicat qui a porte\u0301 la Fusion des Grades en 2022 et la Re\u0301forme en 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

je gagne: en 22 mois seulement, 44 points d\u2019indices au total(39points fusion et re\u0301forme + 5points par la mesure Gue\u0301rini) et le droit d\u2019e\u0302tre en Cate\u0301gorie B,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concernant l\u2019ICP, Gra\u0302ce a\u0300 FO Justice<\/span> le seul et unique syndicat,<\/strong> je gagne une somme non ne\u0301gligeable de 48\u20ac net\/mois de\u0300s janvier prochain qui ne fera qu\u2019augmenter durant les 3 anne\u0301es pour atteindre 143\u20ac net\/mois en 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concernant les mesures de reclassement au Grade de Brigadier-Chef:<\/p>\n

Je suis surveillant(e) de coursive, c\u0153ur du me\u0301tier comme on aime bien l\u2019entendre. J\u2019ai 8 ans de service, je pourrai passer un RAEP afin d\u2019inte\u0301grer le Grade de Brigadier-Chef comme environ 18000 a\u0300 20000 colle\u0300gues qui sont aussi ancien que moi ou plus et qui pour autant ne sont pas spe\u0301cialistes. Je m\u2019engagerai en cas de passage au grade de Brigadier-Chef de passer la formation \u00abSurveillant Acteur d\u2019une de\u0301tention se\u0301curise\u0301e \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Je gagne gra\u0302ce a\u0300 FO Justice<\/span> le droit d\u2019e\u0301voluer dans ma carrie\u0300re malgre\u0301 le fait que je sois dans l\u2019incapacite\u0301 de pouvoir e\u0302tre mobile ge\u0301ographiquement au vu de ma vie prive\u0301e.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Je suis jeune 1er Surveillant(e), j\u2019atteindrai obligatoirement au maximum au bout de 3ans le Grade de Major, mon colle\u0300gue bien plus ancien que moi dans le grade passera de\u0300s 2024-2025 au Grade de Major.<\/p>\n

Filie\u0300re tue\u0301e suite a\u0300 la signature du plan de requalification par le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019UNSA et son adjoint de l\u2019e\u0301poque actuel Secre\u0301taire Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de UFAP\/UNSA.<\/strong><\/p>\n
