{"id":15213,"date":"2023-07-27T11:26:37","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T10:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=15213"},"modified":"2023-07-27T11:26:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T10:26:37","slug":"reforme-categorie-b-le-bloc-syndical-en-pls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/reforme-categorie-b-le-bloc-syndical-en-pls\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9forme Cat\u00e9gorie B : Le bloc syndical en PLS !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce mardi, a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de la pre\u0301sentation de la SAS de Valence, le Garde des Sceaux a de\u0301finitivement acte\u0301 le passage en cate\u0301gorie B des agents du CEA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette revendication, porte\u0301e par <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FORCE OUVRIERE JUSTICE<\/span><\/b> depuis de nombreuses anne\u0301es, a enfin aboutie, et constituera une <u><b>avance\u0301e indemnitaire et statutaire historique<\/b><\/u> pour l\u2019ensemble des personnels du corps d\u2019encadrement et d\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Car, n\u2019en de\u0301plaise aux de\u0301tracteurs du bloc syndical, c\u2019est bien le projet <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FORCE OUVRIERE JUSTICE <\/span><\/b>qui a servi de rampe de lancement et de base de ne\u0301gociation pour arriver au re\u0301sultat porte\u0301 a\u0300 la connaissance de tous cette semaine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La campagne de de\u0301sinformations et d\u2019obstructions orchestre\u0301e par le bloc syndical depuis de longs mois n\u2019aura servie a\u0300 rien, si ce n\u2019est a\u0300 faire peur inutilement aux agents, a\u0300 coups de rumeurs calomnieuses et farfelues (fin du paiement des heures supple\u0301mentaires, perte du 1\/5eme, etc&#8230;.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Malheureusement, pluto\u0302t que d\u2019e\u0302tre beaux joueurs et de saluer une <u>avance\u0301e qui restera dans l\u2019Histoire de la Pe\u0301nitentiaire<\/u>, les trublions ont de\u0301cide\u0301 de continuer leur campagne d\u2019intox, et inondent encore les de\u0301tentions de rumeurs aussi improbables que leur alliance de pacotille &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceci dit, nous pouvons admettre que le re\u0301veil a du\u0302 e\u0302tre difficile pour certains syndicalistes qui, en janvier 2018, avaient brade\u0301 deux semaines de blocage de l\u2019institution contre une paire de rangers, un gilet pare-coups et 400 euros annuel brut d\u2019augmentation d\u2019ICP &#8230; Se rendre compte que <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FORCE OUVRIERE JUSTICE<\/span><\/b> aura re\u0301ussi a\u0300 obtenir, entre autre, une ICP annuelle brut de + de 3800 euros, et ceci sans trahir les personnels, cela doit effectivement donner quelques maux de te\u0302te &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pluto\u0302t que d\u2019e\u0301couter les ragots, <b>L\u2019UISP FO JUSTICE GRAND EST <\/b>invite tous les agents, peu importe leur appartenance syndicale, a\u0300 se rapprocher de leurs repre\u0301sentants locaux <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO JUSTICE<\/span><\/b> afin d\u2019avoir des informations et des re\u0301ponses fiables !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfin, et parce que cette belle avance\u0301e n\u2019est pas une finalite\u0301 pour nous et qu\u2019il y aura d\u2019autres revendications a\u0300 porter,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">nous invitons tous les agents a\u0300 adhe\u0301rer sans tarder a\u0300 <b><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">FO JUSTICE <\/span><\/b>!
