Les e\u0301preuves e\u0301crites du 2eme concours de surveillants 2023 se sont tenues hier.<\/p>\n

Alors que nos de\u0301tentions sont pleines a\u0300 craquer et que le manque d\u2019agents se fait de plus en plus cruellement ressentir<\/b>, il est logique que nous portions une attention toute particulie\u0300re aux statistiques de pre\u0301sence a\u0300 ce concours, qui sont le ve\u0301ritable augure de la quantite\u0301 de nos futurs renforts.<\/p>\n

Malheureusement, les chiffres sont sans appel, tant nationalement que sur notre re\u0301gion :<\/p>\n

LA DOUCHE FROIDE !<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En partant du principe que ce chiffre de 2335 va subir encore plusieurs e\u0301cre\u0301mages (re\u0301sultats de l\u2019e\u0301crit, taux de pre\u0301sence et re\u0301sultats aux e\u0301preuves orales et sportives, abandons en cours de scolarite\u0301), il est absolument impossible que les 1136 postes offerts a\u0300 ce concours soient finalement pourvus<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Comme depuis plusieurs anne\u0301es, c\u2019est donc plusieurs centaines d\u2019emplois budge\u0301te\u0301s qui seront au final non couverts, mettant encore plus a\u0300 mal les situations RH dans nos e\u0301tablissements…<\/p>\n

L\u2019administration doit re\u0301agir, et vite. Les tergiversations sur le passage du CEA en cate\u0301gorie B n\u2019ont que trop dure\u0301 ! Il est temps de donner enfin aux personnels qui \u0153uvrent quotidiennement en de\u0301tention le statut, la re\u0301mune\u0301ration et la reconnaissance qu\u2019ils me\u0301ritent !<\/p>\n

Il devient vital de repenser le recrutement des surveillants, et de redonner de l\u2019attractivite\u0301 a\u0300 ce me\u0301tier tant de\u0301crie\u0301.<\/p>\n
