{"id":10752,"date":"2023-01-12T18:49:25","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T17:49:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/?p=10752"},"modified":"2023-01-12T18:49:25","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T17:49:25","slug":"prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-on-prend-les-memes-et-on-recommence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fojustice.fr\/web\/prison-de-chalons-en-champagne-on-prend-les-memes-et-on-recommence\/","title":{"rendered":"Prison de Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne : On prend les m\u00eames, et on recommence ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Dans un pre\u0301ce\u0300dent tract, nous e\u0301crivions notre souhait, qui est partage\u0301 par tous les agents de l\u2019e\u0301tablissement, de ne pas revivre une anne\u0301e 2023 comme la pre\u0301ce\u0301dente.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, la fin de l\u2019anne\u0301e passe\u0301e et les premiers jours de celle en cours ne nous incitent pas a\u0300 l\u2019optimisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le dernier week-end de 2022 a e\u0301te\u0301 planifie\u0301 en laissant sciemment des postes de\u0301couverts : un poste vacant le samedi 31 de\u0301cembre en journe\u0301e, un autre sur la nuit de la Saint Sylvestre, et deux le dimanche 1er janvier. La semaine suivante devait de\u0301marrer e\u0301galement sur les chapeaux de roues : plusieurs jours sans agents SG \/ Magasin et Sport.<\/p>\n<p>Alerte\u0301s par l\u2019encadrement, ni le responsable Origine, ni la Direction n\u2019ont semble\u0301 e\u0302tre concerne\u0301s par ces proble\u0300mes. Pas de panique, ils ont les solutions: le week-end, ce sont les agents dispo ou PO qui disparaissent du service car ce sont des postes non ne\u0301cessaires, la semaine les postes fixes absents peuvent e\u0302tre remplace\u0301s par les ELSP ou par les Dispos (mais e\u0301tant non ne\u0301cessaires, encore faudrait-il qu\u2019il y en ai !), et la nuit du 31, et bien, priez pour qu\u2019il ne se passe rien, mais dans le pire des cas, les ELSP sont d\u2019astreinte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">NIVEAU COHERENCE, ON A DEJA VU MIEUX &#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La charte des temps de la brigade ELSP semble e\u0302tre anecdotique, puisqu\u2019on improvise au pied leve\u0301 un syste\u0300me d\u2019astreinte, qui n\u2019a jamais e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301battu, ni me\u0302me envisage\u0301 en CTS. Mais le dialogue social, on s\u2019en passe aise\u0301ment a\u0300 Cha\u0302lons en champagne, tout autant que du respect des crite\u0300res d\u2019astreintes.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, les week-end sont les jours ou il y a le moins de personnels sur l\u2019e\u0301tablissement (pas de postes fixes, et encadrement re\u0301duit au minimum : un premier surveillant). Ce devrait donc e\u0302tre prioritairement ces jours-la\u0300 ou l\u2019on s\u2019assure que TOUS les postes soient couverts ? Et bien non, on fait l\u2019inverse.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Il semble que, dans la te\u0302te de nos de\u0301cisionnaires, les agents dispos soient uniquement planifie\u0301s quand il y a des trous a\u0300 boucher en semaine : sortir les poubelles, assurer les livraisons ou remplacer le moniteur de sport. Tout ce qui figure sur leur fiche de poste (sondage de barreau, se\u0301curiser les mouvements, remplacer les absents en de\u0301tention, assurer les extractions non programme\u0301es), c\u2019est donc accessoire, si l\u2019on suit cette logique &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ET LA SECURITE, EST-CE QUE CELA VOUS PARLE ? LES AGENTS CHALONNAIS EN ONT MARRE DE TRAVAILLER AU QUOTIDIEN EN MODE DEGRADE, AU\u00a0PERIL DE LEUR SANTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut se faire a\u0300 l\u2019ide\u0301e, chacun a un sens des priorite\u0301s qui lui est propre.
