Tentative d&#8217;\u00e9vasion au tribunal de Lorient !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Vendredi 9 de\u0301cembre vers 10h20 au tribunal de Lorient, un de\u0301tenu classe\u0301 Escorte 1 (escorte a\u0300 2 agents) <strong>a tente\u0301 de se faire la belle a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301nonce\u0301 du verdict, en sautant le muret du box non se\u0301curise\u0301 du tribunal !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le professionnalisme et la re\u0301activite\u0301 de l\u2019agent de se\u0301curite\u0301 du tribunal, lui-me\u0302me alerte\u0301 par l\u2019agent d\u2019escorte PREJ qui s\u2019e\u0301tait lance\u0301 a\u0300 sa poursuite, ont permis de le stopper.<\/p>\n<p>Ce de\u0301tenu, tout jeune majeur sera maitrise\u0301e par les agents PREJ de Lorient ainsi que les PREJ de Rennes qui se trouvaient e\u0301galement dans l\u2019enceinte du tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Ce niveau d\u2019escorte est e\u0301tabli par l\u2019e\u0301tablissement du Centre Pe\u0301nitentiaire de Lorient- Ploemeur.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi FO Justice se pose les questions suivantes :<br \/>\nComment se fait-il qu\u2019un de\u0301tenu, a\u0300 peine connu de l\u2019e\u0301tablissement, soit directement\u00a0classe\u0301 Escorte 1 ?<\/p>\n<p>A de\u0301faut, n\u2019aurait-il pas e\u0301te\u0301 plus judicieux de le classer en niveau d\u2019escorte 2, s\u2019il n\u2019e\u0301tait pas encore connu de l\u2019e\u0301tablissement ? A moins qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agisse la\u0300 de faire une e\u0301conomie d\u2019agents sur cette mission, au de\u0301triment, ENCORE UNE FOIS, de leur se\u0301curite\u0301 !<\/p>\n<p>Force Ouvrie\u0300re Justice de\u0301plore que le classement des escortes au Centre Pe\u0301nitentiaire de Lorient-Ploemeur soit quasi syste\u0301matiquement de niveau 1, et de\u0301nonce ce syste\u0300me de classifications utilise\u0301 : \u00ab 1A,1B,1C \u00bb, qui n\u2019existe que sur cet e\u0301tablissement !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">POPOTE LOCALE ? Economie d\u2019agents des PREJ ?!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vu la configuration des box non se\u0301curise\u0301s au sein du tribunal de Lorient : muret facilement franchissable ; salle ouverte au public avec de nombreuses issues &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff2600;\">Pour FO Justice<\/span><\/strong> et il s\u2019agit de pre\u0301vention, la majorite\u0301 des escortes du CP devrait e\u0302tre de niveau 2 (ou plus en fonction des profils).
